The character designs reminded me of the Atari boxing game! Fun game with a very affordable price, but it's a difficult game. The game uses tank control and can be a little tricky for those not used to this type of control.

[b]FIGHTING BOX[/b] fights with your patience, willpower, and enjoyment. This seemingly cute game, with its colorful concept and wacky designed characters, is actually a disguise. It's clear something is totally wrong once you've started playing. You'll immediately realize you've made a huge mistake because it's blatant how completely underutilized, unfinished, and unappealing it truly is. What's presumed to be a simple and colorful boxing simulator is actually a torturous marathon of badly produced mechanics, broken physics, and unfulfilling outcomes. Firstly, don't expect anything similar to notable boxing simulators such as Ready 2 Rumble, Fight Night, or even Punch-Out!! because you'll be severely disappointed and insulted. Although it could've taken notes from those games, and became something more worthwhile, it's instead an elongated challenge that's not even fair. Every match consists of players forcibly controlling their desired avatar until one of the characters either falls into a trap, out the ring, or else. That sounds simple but it's far from that. It's more challenging to control your character, and attack your opponents, without any glaring setbacks. But don't assume retries are that simple because failing once forces you to redo everything. That's right, you can't restart from the current match you've lost just because it was deliberately programmed to not allow it! Oh, it gets worse because you'll be forced to restart the [i]ENTIRE[/i] game again if you lose [b]ONE[/b] fight! So don't fall into the water, get caught in a trap, or somehow unintentionally get yourself smacked around enough times! But to add further insult to injuries, this becomes a bigger problem when you're struggling to control your avatar! Their animations are so poorly designed that even one-stick controllers seem less frustrating to use! Actually, it feels like that's what this was designed for but in a way where it's rigged to steal your coins! Regardless if you're trying to move, jump, recover, or attack it never feels smooth or comforting to use! It's so annoying to constantly wait for the game to respond correctly and attempt to get through these "fights" without losing! Essentially, it's badly programmed and never fun. It runs terribly, plays terribly, and annoys you nonstop. There's nothing enjoyable about this undeniably failed boxing simulator that could've otherwise been better if everything was changed. It feels like an early prototype that should've been given numerous notes before being turned into a full project. It feels like an inside joke that you'd find somewhere on the Internet and released on April Fools'. The fact that it boldly requires payment to play is as insulting as giving a slot machine all of your money and gaining nothing. Just throw in the towel and ring the bell because FIGHTING BOX just got KO'd by its own hands.
