FarmVille 2: Country Escape

Loved It Love Playing this game. BUT the special events and new stuff pop up continuously whenever you come back on. And often repeat the chain after closing everything. Besides small freezes This is the second time that I have had my game freeze for a day or more and I can’t do anything after a new thing is added. First was the yellow silo that I didn’t want but it made me change it. Now the power outage thing. I will find out after this review if the game is still frozen. This has caused me to fail Boat Race tasks and now I’m going to lose my farmhand from getting the special box every day.

Facebook connection We have been without connection to Facebook for several days and it is making the game more difficult and boring

Lost Perks Marcos Mart requires you to spend keys on each tier… some tasks end before you can complete them and move on to the next tier. One task was complete 8 boat orders in the race. The race ended befor I could complete them. I still have 7 hours to complete it but the next race doesn’t start for another 22 hour. Why even make that a task if it’s going to cause a bottle neck. I purchased and spent keys for nothing. I can’t get to the next tier because of that one task and I have multiple task completed on the next tier but they’re locked. Including tokens for spending keys. So even though you’ve spent keys… if you can’t complete a task, you can’t cash in tokens earned on the next tier, including tokens earned by spending keys Not purchasing keys anymore because of that. Quickly losing interest in game play because there are too many things that require purchasing keys… and now, even if you purchase keys, you still lose perks. What’s going on? I’ve been playing FarmVille since it originally started and it’s reall gone down hill.

Quartz & Process Times Acquiring enough Quartz to compete in challenges & complete Marie & Sophie’s board requests is impossible because the only way to acquire nuggets is by mining & only 2 nuggets will be given every two hours. It’s not even close to the amount needed to fill one order of 10 other requests. Also too many things take hours & hours to be ready. Other than those 2 big issues, the game is a lot of fun.

Card collecting I was so happy last night when the card collecting disappeared. I can’t believe your starting up another round of it. Reading the other reviews I can tell no one wants this. It is a waste of time and adds nothing to the game Instead it makes it harder to accrue supplies needed. The supposed improved rewards are quite the opposite. Seems all we get to reward us for our time spent are these worthless cards. You should make it so we can opt out of the card collecting bit. It’s no longer a relaxing game. It’s too bad.

Bummer I use the game for about five minutes and it locked up my phone and it was really difficult for me to get thing to another if I tapped lightly, it did not work! I have a brand new iPhone

Fun Enjoyable and love the updates and new paths to help player through the game. Really love the pets to feed and help level and the bison orders are fun and the gifts and perks along the way are nice.

You make tech hard Customer service…where? It’s just a game but, come on, no need to make it difficult. I find this game one of many I can ignore while game geeks get things in order. I see myself not coming back for a while.

Used to be fun Customer service was always very good to me, and if you spend a little bit of money, then you can compete in all of the events and have plenty of keys and money to buy lots of buildings and expand your store houses. I mean if you’re gonna play the free version you’re not gonna go very far but if you buy one $30 pack you’re pretty much good for the remainder of your time playing the game. It also helps to have farm hands the more farm hands you have the more you can do that’s a fact and that’s how the game is designed. What I don’t like is how they’ve somehow managed to integrate the computer world into the app world. What that means is that you have compete against computer players who all they do is cheat. You look at their farms and they have 12 of everything when you’re only allowed six, and somehow in your co-op race you’re in first place with the most points which realistically are only about 3000 maybe 4000 tops and all of a sudden somebody appears out nowhere that has 500,000 points in the last 30 seconds. There isn’t enough points in the whole co-op challenge to even get maybe 6000 points let alone half 1 million. Actually that very thing is what knocked me out of being interested in the game, and I don’t think I’ve played it in a year because of it. You’ll also see things like people who have two and three wells for the water for the sea crops, and people who are level 60 who somehow have all gold level buildings and all plots of land open up even though you can’t get some of them until you’re level 100 to 200. Another big problem is the time manipulation code which I’m not going to explain here so that people don’t do it. It’s another lame cheaters technique. Another big problem is sometimes they don’t wanna compete in an event, I just wanna build my farm up to get ready for an event, but you get pulled into the event without a choice and it prohibits you from doing what you wanna do. Those Ruby, the diamond races are perfect example of this if you don’t stay with it every day then it’ll knock you all the way back down to the beginning so it’s not something that is particularly interesting if you have some type of life and you just pop into the game periodically. It doesn’t save your progress. It just bumps you back to the beginning of the dinner bell competition. So in this capacity, the game has gone downhill and I wouldn’t recommend spending anything until they fix it. Because of this, I can’t give it 5 stars like I would rightfully do because I do like the game, but if you’re constantly going to be playing up against cheaters, then cheaters are going to dictate the game, which gets you two stars. Get the computer players out of the app world and your app players will have a better time. There are YouTube videos showing computer players demonstrating their cheating techniques in this very game. Why it hasn’t been addressed as a mystery to me.
