Fallout 4Kids As a kid, I didn't notice or care about details like the nonsense gun design, the annoying protagonist, the gaping plotholes, the 1 dimensional characters and factions, etc. I just had fun playing skyrim with guns. Get it on sale, set up a modloader like Vortex and download some mods from Nexus. Don't buy any garbage from the creation club. You can get better mods for free on nexus, and most of the money just goes to bethesda anyways. If you want to support mod makers, you can endorse them on nexus, and they'll usually have a patreon or kofi link on the mod page.

Happy to finally get fallout on my pc, this game is amazing and will always be a top five game in my books. An endless amount of content and storytelling, which is amazing and keeps you invested for hours. Character dialogue has always been quite bland in fallout 4 for my liking, but there is enough there to keep you entertained as you'll spend most your time tidying up the commonwealth anyway. Just wish there were more prompts in terms of dialogue with companions and such to keep you feeling immersed.
