It has Cantonese voices and even a Cantonese opening song!! but there is only Mandarin text.. This visual novel could have been one of its kind, if the script was also in Cantonese. It would likely gather a lot of interest from people learning Cantonese or just Cantonese people in general. The visual novel itself is pretty good (see other reviews for details).

gentle, atmospheric otome game that captures the warmth and melancholy of autumn beautifully. Even in this short demo, the tone is heartfelt and nostalgic, focusing more on emotion and atmosphere than fast-paced romance. The story feels personal and sincere, giving you a glimpse into what could become a touching full experience. The art is soft and painterly, with warm colors that perfectly match the autumn setting. The music is calm and emotional, creating a peaceful mood that draws you in. The characters feel relatable and grounded, though the demo only scratches the surface of their personalities. Since it’s only a demo, the pacing is slow and the story ends just when it starts to build momentum. There are also a few moments where the dialogue could flow more naturally, but the sincerity of the writing shines through. Overall, Fall...in Love (Demo) is a promising start that leaves a lingering sense of comfort and curiosity. It feels like a cup of warm tea on a chilly day — simple but full of feeling. Rating: 8/10
For a free game it is not bad, the art style is really good. However, I didn't like the intro song, it is OK at best, and the characters are kinda creepy IDK.
i've never liked a game enough, nevermind a demo, to feel inclined to write a revier but i genuinely adore this game, every aspect is perfect. i love the designs, voice acting, bgm, scenarios, bg images genuinely EVERYTHING. i didn't expect much from this but im genuinely blown away.
