Fall Guys

A surprisingly fun and addicting party game, even 5+ years on! It's amusing enough to play on your own as you watch yourself and others stumble on the way to the crown, but IMO it gets much more crazy and fun when you're playing with friends and voice-chatting as the embarrassing chaos ensues. Kinda disappointed that the game became Epic-exclusive, but the game's free now and on all platforms I guess so I can't complain too much. My time's divided between Steam and Epic as I've occasionally had issues with the Epic Social Overlay on the Steam version, preventing me from joining or creating squads with friends. One thing I wish though is that they would bring back proper seasons (with costumes, maps, and new menus/music to boot). As someone who paid full price for this game at launch, only to be pulled aside mid-season 1 with friends to other similarly popular games at the time, and forgetting to return to this game until 4 years later when all was said and done, despite my best efforts to grind this game over the past year, there are SO many items locked behind past seasons and collabs that as I've seen never rotate back into the shop. It just seems to be the same batches of subpar items that gets fully rotated every few months. At the very least, they could rerun the past seasons, kinda like what Forza Horizon 5 has been doing. (Some achievements, like Head Turner, are literally impossible to get now for people like me who've only just gotten into the game, so this would certainly help.) Overall, great game, great soundtrack, great balance of silly fun and rage-inducing moments, but I kinda hope they bring back this game to life like it used to be.
