About
Extreme Hill Driver is a 2D, physics-based hill climbing game where every bump, jump and tilt of your car matters. Pick your vehicle, choose a map, and try to reach the finish line without running out of fuel or rolling over.
There are no levels to grind through in a linear list. Instead, each of the 7 handcrafted maps is a self-contained challenge with its own terrain, elevation and risk–reward balance. You start on Green Hills, then unlock tougher routes like Rocky Ridge, Desert Dune, Lava Valley, Cliffside Peaks, Dusty Canyon and Stone Trail using the coins you earn in play.
Coins are earned directly from driving. Collect coin pickups placed across the map and unlock one-time distance rewards the first time you push further on a given track. Hit key milestones (for example 500m) on a map for the first time and you’ll receive a bonus payout – then try to optimise your run by grabbing every coin you can along the way. Fail by flipping the car or running out of fuel and the run ends immediately.
Vehicles are central to your progress. Start with a basic car, then use your coins to unlock 7 more – from jeeps and sports cars to a heavy school bus – each with different weight, grip and handling. Every car can be upgraded across four core systems: engine, wheels, fuel tank and speed. Investing in upgrades lets you climb steeper hills, carry more momentum over gaps and push further before refuelling becomes critical.
Under the hood, Extreme Hill Driver uses straightforward but unforgiving 2D physics: over-accelerate on a slope and your car can pitch backward; land poorly and you’ll bounce, lose traction or roll. Success is all about throttle control, learning each map’s profile, and finding the balance between speed and safety.
Extreme Hill Driver is fully playable in English and includes UI localisation for 26 languages, with more content planned: new vehicles, new maps and a future multiplayer mode are on the roadmap.

Отличный представитель своего жанра Короче тут можно ехать на левую и правую стрелочку(других клавиш не знаю, может что-то ещё есть) Только для тру хардкорщиков
Extreme Hill Driver is a physics-based driving challenge developed by Yusuf Islam Seyhan and Samet Acar and published by Inspector Studios. The game focuses on navigating dangerous terrain while maintaining control of a vehicle that is constantly affected by gravity, momentum, and uneven surfaces. Instead of presenting traditional races against opponents, the experience centers on endurance and skill, asking players to travel as far as possible across rugged landscapes without overturning their vehicle or running out of fuel. The concept is simple on the surface, but the difficulty quickly increases as players learn how unforgiving the terrain can be when even a small mistake in acceleration or balance sends the vehicle tumbling. The overall structure of the game revolves around a sequence of attempts where players select a map, choose a vehicle, and drive through a series of hills, slopes, and obstacles. The terrain is designed to challenge both reflexes and patience, with steep climbs, sudden drops, and uneven ground appearing constantly along the route. Because the physics system places strong emphasis on balance, players must constantly adjust their throttle to keep the vehicle stable. Accelerating too quickly while climbing can cause the car to flip backward, while landing poorly after a jump can send the front of the vehicle crashing into the ground. Each run becomes a careful exercise in controlling momentum and anticipating the terrain ahead. The maps themselves are handcrafted environments built around different types of terrain. Early stages introduce relatively forgiving hills that allow players to become familiar with the handling of their vehicle. As players progress, the environments become far more challenging, introducing rocky mountain paths, narrow ridges, and steep valleys that demand much more precise driving. Each location has its own rhythm and hazards, forcing players to adapt their driving style depending on the terrain. Some areas reward steady acceleration and patience, while others require quick bursts of speed to climb particularly steep slopes. A key part of the game’s progression system involves collecting coins scattered throughout each map. These coins appear along the terrain and often sit in risky locations that require careful maneuvering to reach. Collecting them not only increases the player’s score but also provides the currency needed to unlock additional vehicles and upgrades. Because coins are sometimes placed near difficult jumps or unstable slopes, players must decide whether attempting to collect them is worth the potential risk of ending their run prematurely. Vehicles play an important role in shaping how the game feels. Players begin with a basic car that offers balanced performance but limited power. As coins accumulate, new vehicles become available for purchase, each with unique handling characteristics. Some vehicles are lighter and more agile, making them easier to control on uneven terrain, while heavier vehicles provide greater stability but require more power to climb steep hills. The variety of vehicle options encourages players to experiment with different approaches, as certain maps may be easier to navigate with specific types of vehicles. Upgrades provide another layer of progression that gradually improves vehicle performance. Players can invest coins into improvements that enhance engine strength, wheel traction, speed, and fuel capacity. Increasing engine power helps vehicles climb hills more effectively, while stronger wheels improve stability on rough terrain. Upgrading the fuel tank allows players to travel longer distances before running out of fuel, which is particularly important on extended maps. Over time, these upgrades transform the starting vehicle into a far more capable machine, allowing players to push deeper into the terrain than before. The physics system is the core mechanic that gives the game its identity. Every bump, landing, and slope affects how the vehicle behaves, creating a constant sense of unpredictability. Players must pay close attention to the angle of their car at all times, adjusting acceleration and braking to maintain balance. If the vehicle flips completely over or runs out of fuel, the run immediately ends, forcing the player to start again. This high-risk structure gives each attempt a sense of tension, especially when approaching a new distance record or trying to collect a difficult coin. Visually, the game adopts a clear and straightforward 2D presentation with a side-scrolling perspective. This viewpoint allows players to see the terrain ahead and plan their movements accordingly. The environments feature colorful landscapes such as grassy hills, rocky mountains, and desert-like terrain that help differentiate the maps. Although the graphical style remains relatively simple, it effectively communicates the shape and steepness of the terrain, which is essential for a game built around precise driving mechanics. The sound design supports the gameplay with a combination of engine noises, small impact effects, and light background music. The audio elements are subtle but functional, giving players feedback when their vehicle lands heavily, accelerates up a slope, or collides with obstacles. The music tends to remain in the background, creating a relaxed atmosphere that contrasts with the tension of trying to maintain control over difficult terrain. The pacing of the game follows a repetitive but addictive loop. Each run usually lasts only a few minutes, encouraging players to immediately try again after failure in hopes of reaching a new distance or collecting more coins. This structure makes the game particularly suitable for short play sessions where players can quickly jump in and attempt to beat their previous performance. The desire to travel slightly farther with each attempt becomes the driving force behind the gameplay. Despite its strengths, the simplicity of the concept can lead to a sense of repetition over time. Since the primary objective remains the same across all maps—drive as far as possible without flipping—the gameplay loop does not evolve dramatically. While new vehicles and upgrades provide some variation, the core mechanics remain largely unchanged throughout the experience. Players who enjoy refining their skills and chasing distance records will likely find this loop satisfying, but those seeking more diverse gameplay modes may feel the game’s structure is somewhat limited. Overall, Extreme Hill Driver offers a straightforward and accessible physics-based driving experience that focuses on skill, patience, and gradual improvement. Its combination of challenging terrain, upgrade systems, and collectible rewards creates a gameplay loop that is easy to understand but difficult to master. Although the game does not attempt to reinvent the hill-climbing genre, it succeeds in delivering a solid and entertaining driving challenge where every run presents an opportunity to go a little farther than before.
