What a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I went to do a 30 minute test to see if this was something I'd even like, and ended up finishing the game in one sitting. Took me a little under 3 hours, but if you're reading this wondering if it is worth it: I do no like walking simulators, visual novels, or flight simulators normally. This has elements of all three and it is wonderful. The movement feels excellent and rewards skill without being overly cumbersome or complicated. My tip: give your hands a rest every 40 minutes or so. My thumbs hurt. Great job, devs.
It's more of a demoscene than a game. You'll finish it in less than two hours. There is no challenge. The plot is almost nonexistent. Buy only if you're willing to pay that much for a couple of alien landscapes.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Ship controls are fun, but levels are boring, got the game at 80% discount , still not worth it
you ever have a day at work and your physically and mentally exhausted but you just wana play something like a racing game but without the competition cause I'm too tired to even keep up in mario kart? Exo One is a meditation. I almost wish there was a mode to turn off the weird astronaut ♥♥♥♥, the only minor downside to this game. Think I'm gonna be coming back to this game a lot, finding a pretty planet and just run around like a dog in the park. Listen to a podcast or put on some good tunes and just fly across the surface of a planet like a skipping stone. Games a vibe.
What you should do is download the demo. If you enjoy that: great! You've now played the whole game and there's no need to buy it! It's just not "full" enough. The levels never allow for a really good flow to get going, partly because of the landscape, but mostly because you can't really see how you're positioned against the landscape below. Then you've got skimming against water, which doesn't have the same momentum build-up; or flying through clouds, which just then becomes a whole lot of gliding. Oh, and then the game's finished. And the whole "what happened to the crew" mystery has zero payoff at all. I'm sorry if you're reading this and you feel like that's a spoiler, but I'm mentioning this because I actually feel like it's a little dishonest that it's there in the first place; it's mystery adds nothing to the game at all, and neither does its resolution. To be clear, it's not necessarily bad. It sure is visually stunning. But I got it at a 75% discount and – in my opinion – I'm not sure it was worth what I paid for.
Beautiful, relaxing, mesmerizing. I played the game in a trance. The last three levels are phenomenal.
2.5 hour impression: The story is really interesting. I actually shouted out loud at one point because I was not expecting what happened! Every level is massively different and some of them are quite bizarre, but the theme is always the same - find your way to the beacon tower (that's what I'll call it - it might have a different name in the game) to finish the level, and try to find the energy "one up" along the way too. 2 hour impression: I won't refund this even though some levels are pretty easy to beat, and some reviews say this game doesn't have a lot of content. I can say this game is clearly not worth full price unless you're really into this sort of thing. There is at least 1 challenging level I've run across so far, so I expect to keep playing it for a while, figuring out how to get past those challenges at least, and it's fun once I got the hang of it. 1.5 hour impression: Once the first level is beaten, the game saves and restores as expected. This is a very pretty game. The controls aren't obvious - pressing the right trigger (on a gamepad) magnifies gravity while the left trigger decreases gravity and turns your ball into a disk if you're going fast enough. The high gravity is useful if you can hit a downhill to speed yourself up a lot, and that's the only way to keep going forward mostly. There's a good tutorial in the guides for how to speed-run the game which explains some techniques too. Also it's worth mentioning that you can't die - you just go really slow and then have to speed yourself up again, but there's no "oops you died now you have to start over", which this game gets right and Superflight got wrong. Nice game - recommended especially if you like flying or speed-running. 1 hour impression: ->Reminds me of Superflight (which is very good, if not as pretty). Game save appears to be broken? 30 minute impression: There are no guns. Why no guns? This is sort of a "surfing" game. It takes some technique to learn how to fly, and apparently there are several planets with different gravities to eventually try out. I guess it's okay. I would have liked guns though even after playing for a few minutes it seems like "just fly around" can get old after a while. But it's okay.
Very satisfying movement I feel like the cutscene effects are a little overdone though
在XGP上通关了一次,很喜欢这种氛围和题材的游戏,特地来steam补一份以表支持
Not every game needs lore, and i think this is a good example of that. The game tries to hint its obscure lore to you throughout its various levels/planets which i feel in turn hurts the experience and gameplay in certain parts of the game, great aesthetics otherwise. - Just watch it on YouTube
