Игра топ, мой друг педик
Zkus to, nebudeš litovat. Jednou tato hra bude fakt banger, je potřeba další láska a péče.

I don't play CS and don't understand the strategies. The tutorial is bugged: when you should hire a player, the tournament letter appears and you could not do what the tutorial says. So without tutorial I don't understand how to win matches. Auto mode would loose even on 100% trained map with 50%+ chance. Tier 4 tournaments have teams from top 50-100 and my team is on 320 place If you CS fan and understand its tactics - probably you could play and enjoy this game. If not, it would be difficult to understand what is happening on the screen and how to play it
Esports Manager 2026 is a genuinely good CS2 management simulator that succeeds because it makes you feel like you’re running an actual esports organization rather than simply selecting a lineup and watching numbers change. Its roster building, scouting, transfers, player development, tactics, finances, and long-term career progression are its strongest features. The ability to take an unknown organization, develop young talent, build a coaching staff, climb the rankings, and eventually challenge the world's best creates some excellent management-game stories. The biggest problem is polish. The UI can be unnecessarily complicated, the tutorial doesn't explain enough, the match simulation isn't particularly impressive visually, commentary becomes repetitive, and some systems still feel like they need refinement. Hardcore CS fans may also notice inaccuracies or limitations in the underlying esports simulation. But those flaws don't destroy the experience. The core loop is addictive, and there is enough depth to make you constantly think about your next roster move, tournament, prospect, or tactical adjustment. It's not the Football Manager of esports yet—but it's probably the closest we've gotten to a proper CS2 Football Manager-style experience. If you enjoy CS2 + roster building + scouting + transfers + creating your own esports dynasty, it's an easy recommendation. Final verdict: 8/10 — rough around the edges, but extremely promising and genuinely fun. Monke Run-down? Monke make team. 🦍 Monke find player. 🔎🐒 Player bad? TRAIN. 💪 Player good? PAY MANY BANANA. 🍌🍌🍌 Player too expensive? SELL MONKE. 💰 Make strategy. 🧠 Play CS. 🔫 Win tournament. 🏆 Get banana. 🍌 Buy better monke. 🦍🦍 Repeat until WORLD CHAMPION. 👑 Sometimes game confusing. 🐒❓ Sometimes game bug. 🐛 But monke enjoy. 🦍 MONKE RATING: 8/10 BANANAS 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌
