I reckon the best way to describe this game is to simply recite the bloody madness that transpired during my misadventures, so here is the chronicle of only some of my deeds:
-Made a zombie knock his own lights out by the sheer power of charisma -Almost met my demise by tripping over a wretched step -Locked eyes in a grim stare-down with a lizard; bit mine own tongue by mischance, yet grinned through a bloody maw, leaving the scaly beast utterly bedamned and terrified -Courted an orcish maiden by proclaiming she could heft me up like a straw, and prayed she would step on me -Interrogated a wall on the nature of being a wall (She confessed she feeleth naught, yet was crafted by a deity. Furthermore, her political stance is FEAR) -Debated with a fiend whether a slaughter be truly deemed a murder if the victim was subsequently revived -Sustained grievous wounds whilst attempting a traditional salute to a goblin -Fished a sweet pastry from a trash bin and argued with my overinflated ego whether it be truly filth, depending on if it lay atop the garbage or beneath it -Smashed a flagon right over a goblin’s mug, for he refused to declare who he's voting for -Filched twenty coins from a street minstrel, only to later bestow ten back as a reward for her song, receiving her humblest gratitude in return -Suffered immense psychic damage from pure cringe whilst discussing the sexual slang of today's youth -Recklessly flirted with a fascist priestess and nearly paid for it with my soul -Compelled an undead knight to marvel at my sheer masculinity, forcing the corpse into a grand discourse on plate armor -Discovered an immovable rod which was utterly broken, and thus, remarkably movable -Shattered a hexed, invisible wall with but my bare fists -Provoked my own Intelligence and Wisdom to fiercely squabble over whether the gilded frame or the portrait within possessed greater beauty -Denied a wench my coin, whereupon she branded me a fascist, and I proudly returned her a stiff, iron salute -Failed a simple prayer ten times in a row on account of being an absolute clodpoll -Perished miserably because I sought to pet a crab, and the nipper snipped off my index finger with its claw (Yet I returned from the grave, cast "Speak with Animals", and the crab and I clattered our claws together in merry fellowship ) -Slayed a skeletal warrior by locking it in a desperate, bone-crushing embrace (whilst a goblin kicked its ribs from the flank) -A grand sphinx attempted to convey a riddle via a sending stone, yet her verses exceeded the thirty-word decree (I divined the answer regardless) -Attempting to rizz a communist maiden , I swore that my dear mum (a renowned democrat) was in truth an undercover fascist -Agreed with an ancient arch-lich that the demise of an elven maiden is a tragedy, whereas the death of a male elf is meh -Discovered a warped, curled blade and compelled it to straighten by deceptively swearing that I was a knight most selfless and kind -Tricked a hearth-demon into believing I was a Lord of the Elementals by thrusting my bare hand into the coals and enduring the blaze like a stoic -Conned a forbidden tome containing a guide on how to "invoke ultimate sensations of the flesh" -Quaffed a potion of gender-transformation, yet the brew was foul and spoiled; hence, naught changed save for my voice, which turned into a high-pitched squeak -Discussed the finer points of feminism with the severed, undead head of a lich -Bargained with Death itself and persuaded the Reaper to spare me by sheer force of my rizz -Dispelled a freezing hex by bestowing a passionate, hot embrace upon a mushroom -Lost hp after some peasant dared ask if I was in a relationship with a lady (or a lord) -Listened to a millennium-old snail-mage cackling merrily at the very concept of democracy -Confronted an ancient, thousands-of-years-old eldritch horror and demanded to see the license for his pool, to which the fiend replied it would be ready in five to seven business days (The abomination also enlightened me on the lore of memes) -Witnessed a pack of sewer rats fiercely debating the nuances of fascism and prostitution -Proved my worth to a suspicious apothecary that I deserved his strongest potions by violently bashing my own skull against a stone wall several times -Met my Creator and He revealed unto me that nationalism doth not equal fascism -Secured three dates:
with an angelic deity, an orcish freestrider, and a bugbear warlord all at once
-And finally, I unlocked the ultimate truth of the cosmos:
EVERYTHING in this godforsaken world is a bloody FIFTY-FIFTY.
It is truly a game of games.
I came to the city of Norvik to solve a crime. Unfortunately, my stats had opinions, the locals had manifestos, every bad idea had a dialogue option, and the dice kept turning my failures into better stories than my successes. Somehow, this is the most competent I've ever felt playing an idiot.

Terrible rpg, fights are all scripted. Progression is non existent and spells are almost universally worthless. The world is too confined and the environments quickly become stale. The only reason the game has any success at all is the art style but interactions in game are almost never animated or incredibly stiff. All the social commentary is bland and forced, it doesn't fit into the limited gameplay elements and honestly comes off as their attempt to make a shallow disco elysium clone just without a sufficiently compelling narrative. With 90% of the gameplay being in text the dialogue is remarkably dry and severely lacking in wit. Feels like it was designed around the art and political commentary first with moment to moment gameplay/interactions being an after thought. Isn't fun to play, while the story and lore isn't engaging enough to have me waste time talking to every npc only to get more uninspired humor or a 10 paragraph political tirade.
The game presents an interesting world to explore, tons of NPCs to talk to, all kinds of things to read and read, but punishes the player for exploring in the early game with Exhaustion levels that reduce all stats and health until you learn how to sleep to long rest, which the game doesn't bother to explain to the player. First 2 hours were very fun but I just started skipping dialogue to find a damn bed. Either reward players for exploring in your RPG or don't, but don't pretend to reward them while punishing them with poorly explained mechanics. As a longtime D&D player and DM this game had a lot of cool ideas but the non-tutorial of the most critical mechanics is incredibly harmful to the entire experience. Wish I could give a better review, may update when I get over the frustrating early game. Or may not if I drop it entirely.
Отличная игра, многократно превысила изначальные ожидания. Определенно стоит своих денег
I think this is better than Disco Elysium and I hope it gets more awards!
Great game will replay it to see other possibilities absolutly loved the story.
Very recommended. Especially if you liked Disco Elysium. It's a unique genre of RPGs that i hope will inspire more games like that in the future. Had a great time with it.
