really good game to play. i like the goofy deaths. really good game when you bored. its a nice strat game.
Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. This game cannot be played as intended.

Warning: Third Party Account This game requires you to create a third party "Rappid Studios" account... there's no valid reason for this in a PC game when SteamWorks is available. This is often done to harvest private data and profile you, with potential sale and transmission of your private data to third parties. The developers will probably argue that you can trust them, but if they were trustworthy they wouldn't demand you create a third party account. This represents a considerable risk to gamers due to the privacy and security implications of developers that wish to bypass Steam and harvest user data. Remember, sometimes if the product is free, YOU are the product.

Warning: Microtransaction infested mobile app! This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
"Epic Battle Simulator 2" is one of thousands of nasty mobile apps infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free. This looks like a fun RTS until you find out you need to pay cash money in the toxic mobile app cash shop just to beat some levels... and of course PVP battles, if there were any, are determined by who spends the most money in the nasty cash shop. There's only a superficial game here. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the too-bright, colourful, thin plastic cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino. That's basically what this is. So really, the mobile app "game" is just a veneer, a thin skin wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop. Ignoring that this is just a nasty predatory mobile app scam... at best, this is a garbage iPhone app. I didn't drop thousands on a high-end gaming rig just to pretend it's an iPhone, and I doubt you did either... this sort of trash has no business worsening your Steam library. As with all mobile scams, you're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality mobile app, this is specifically designed to invalidate your consumer rights and destroy your right to privacy. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Developers must learn they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I had my cat walk over the keyboard while the EULA was displaying, which fixed that problem for me. This game is fairly dated at 9 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now. On the important matter of pricing and value for gamers, there's a lot going on here with monetisation, so this really shouldn't be considered a truly free product because of that. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $10 USD for this... yeah, $10 for a mobile app you could download for free off the app stores. Disgusting, isn't it? Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. Even as a free game, this couldn't find an audience. With a peak of only 11 players, it's clear the Steam community took one look and walked away. They literally couldn't pay people to spend time playing this. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead.
