super bon jeux avec Pax-autocratia je les trouver super cool en construction mais Enshrouded l'aventure la découvert est super intéressente la construction a n'en plus finir je vous le conseil les yeux fermer
I've only got 20 hours in this game, because it takes at least 30 minutes to compile shaders every time i launch the game. Whether the shaders are pre-cached or not, it doesn't change anything. In 2026, games should not be requiring me to wait half an hour to play. This is unacceptable. I like the gameplay loop, but damn I just wish I could actually play. Happy to change my review once this is fixed.
lame combat cool basebuilding
Do not buy this game if you expect it to play in fullscreen at anything other than your monitor's native resolution. You apparently can't, at least as of this moment. Enshrouded's "fullscreen" mode is, in truth, borderless fullscreen windowed. Which is actually what I wanted--except that I need to run it in a resolution lower than my monitor's native resolution, while still remaining in fullscreen. This is a routine use case that most games have no problem handling competently. You cannot do that with Enshrouded--its only two video mode options are "Fullscreen" and "Windowed", and even if you have it set to Fullscreen, as soon as you set it to a lower non-native resolution, it shows that smaller window against your desktop in its full native resolution. The implementation is so egregiously bad that not even the Borderless Gaming app was able to force it to work correctly. I can't speak to the game's merits because I never got to play it. From forum and community posts, it seems this is a well-known and longstanding problem--and a hard dealbreaker for me. Immediately refunded.
Fingers crossed this game gets major bug attention for the 1.0 release. This is a fun game. I like the scale, i like the building system, combat is OK, equipment is meh, world is cool. But there are two major things that prevent this from being upvoted, and a 3rd that i personally find super annoying. 1) Game is buggy as hell. We've had games get more buggy the longer you play. All the rest are common: Items not showing up for pickup, screen flickers that worsen over time, game randomly deciding to crash everytime you load a save (to work the next day without any changes), tons of enemies/animals/things cropping through walls/environment, weird glitches in the attacking/blocking mechanic. And very weird quest completion on co-op (sometimes it works sometimes it dont). 2) Too many things are level-locked and take to long to access. You can't even build a kitchen until level 18+ lol (which is very long in this large openworld game). And when you finally unlock a person or "thing", everything that you can now build.... will also be level-locked a second time by requiring something from an even higher level area. The mechanic just feels bad and unrewarding. 3) Building snapping is hot garbage. Building options are awesome. Their snapping tool is badbadbad.
Seeing so many negative reviews for this game breaks my heart. This is genuinely everything you could ever want from this type of open world game, it has some of the most in depth crafting/cooking systems and world detail and building capabilities I've EVER seen, and I mostly play survivalcraft stuff. If you can conceptualize a build, you can make it in this game with almost zero limitations, more detailed than modded minecraft. I've seen people build things from massive underground tunnel networks, to medieval castles and cities, to the Stargate Destiny ship. I'm hundreds of hours in and still nowhere near done with the game. It's phenomenal. It's beautiful. It's incredibly fun solo or with friends (up to 16... insane!). I have endless, ENDLESS praise for this game and I cannot wait for 1.0. If you're curious at all about this, PLEASE try it out!!!
Been playing since almost day 1 and i gotta say this is one of the most fun and visually stunning games ive played in awhile! Either playing solo or with a couple of friends its always a good time! So much to explore and do and alot of cool user made worlds, If your big into Valhiem and those style games this should definately scratch that itch and more!
This game is a great way to kill about 3 months of your life.
I love this game. It's everything I want in a dark survival adventure, like a fusion of Valheim and Elden Ring. All of the systems feed beautifully into each other such that you always have something to do and always feel like you are progressing. The world is beautiful and stuffed with little details and things to do. However, I cannot recommend this game until two major progression-blocking bugs are fixed. One, friendly NPC's constantly gets stuck inside the terrain and random objects, which causes villagers to get lost (though they can be re-summoned) and livestock to starve. Certain important items become much more difficult to obtain as a result. Two, entire areas of the map randomly become "corrupted," and not in the canon way. Structures and enemies lose their hitboxes, or do not spawn at all, which will hard-lock locations and quests. My server's main quest is indefinitely postponed because the Shrout Roots in the Albaneve Summit Elixir Well cannot be cut down. Hopefully these issues are fixed very soon. I would love to come back and play again.
