Great mechanics, great storytelling, beautiful art and music.
A good successor to Endless Legend 1, with some solid improvements over the first game. Development continues and the devs listen and update frequently, the early access time has been used well.
Endless Legend 2 is amplitudes next step forwards in the Endless series. Expanding on what Endless legend 1 had, and expanding upon it, more complex, more indepth. More units, more minor factions, more choices. It is overall a great experience. I do miss the ability to customize units and make different types for different situations by manually giving them specific armor, weapons and so on. But the upgrade tree is also a solid choice and does involve some strategic choices. :) Overall, a great experience so far, can't wait until the full release.
it's pretty good

A wonderful evolution of Endless Legend 1 with a delightfully diligent developer team who has a lot of passion for the project. It's still not perfect, yet, but with the basis that is here and the work being put in I am confident this will be the best instalment in the series. Also the music and art is amazing, as always.
it fun

I like it :D... it's awesome... it run smooth in my laptop specs
As a strategy orientated guy, I really like the appraoch to AI opponents in EL2 - they seem to have the same constraints and opportunities as the player, and need to take the same risks ...not just get bs autospawns and resources from nowhere , even if they're pressed back after a foolish attack (thanks for making the first 150 turns of every playthrough meaningless Total War and AoW4!). Burning a necrophage base to eliminate them on turn 70 is sweetness itself....that war wasn't such a great idea after all, hey Prime.... no autoSpawnOnBaseAttack(50units) to bail you out my man.... Also, I like how this game respects my time, my build order crafting and is transparent about the conditions for victory. The game rewards the clasic 4x snowball but has enough competing demands to make pulling it off a challenge. Learning the art of founding, base building, teching and the combat systems will keep you interested for days on end... but I do think that some good guides on 'how to build a base', 'pump production early', 'greed production', 'manage pops based on next goal', 'respond to aggression' etc etc would make the game more accessable from a strategy standpoint. but if you just want to play the story on 'normal' and enjoy the story telling you won't suffer from lack of a guide at all. Its a good game.
