Cool mechanics , animations are smooth and the game is very well optimised (i have around 350-450fps on ultra no MB).
I went into this game completely blind—not knowing anything about it—and it actually turned out to be a really solid puzzle game with a horror twist. It’s not overly scary, but a few of those jump scares definitely got me 😅 What stood out the most was the mechanic of covering either eye to reveal hidden dangers and solve puzzles—such a unique idea and honestly really fun to play around with. Some of the puzzles (yeah… those gnomes 😩) took me way longer than they should have, but they were still interesting and kept things engaging. The story was decent—mostly at the beginning—but since this is Episode 0, I’m guessing there’s more to come. ⭐ Rating: 7/10 Definitely worth checking out if you like puzzle games with a bit of horror. Jumpscare warning. Mild seizure warning, especially when switching sight. Game runs well. The lore and the gameplay don't match, other than to tell you where you're probably located. Either you can't explore mens or womens restrooms despite there being an interaction key, or I couldn't find a way inside. In the "ghost's resting place" room, after death, I spawned facing the the door I came in from, rather than facing into the puzzle room itself. This room was the hardest, but that's cause there's a screaming entity constantly following, not because the puzzle itself is hard. The "identical rooms section" doesn't make use of sight switching at all. Despite getting this correct on my first attempt, I still got the "Not this one." achievement after finishing the game Gnomes. Very basic puzzles, just do what the game tells you, very little thinking. Practically all achievements are given to the player, unless you beat the game without dying 6/10 for being free to play
