Eets Munchies

Eets Munchies is the sequel to Eets, a classic puzzle game developed by Klei Entertainment. The core concept is the same: the objective of each level is to guide your Eets to the goal by placing various objects with different mechanics and then interacting with them as Eets moves automatically. Compared to the original, it looks more polished, but unfortunately it doesn’t have the same charm. It feels like a mobile game ported to PC. It also has fewer levels, each with an optional objective of collecting three treats. Clearing levels using fewer objects than intended is no longer tracked. On the plus side, it includes a puzzle creator with Steam Workshop support. Overall, it’s a decent puzzle game, but I think the original Eets is better. It’s also free, so my recommendation is to play that one first, and then grab this one on sale if you want more.

Un buen mini-juego para usar en una tablet y ponerle a tu primo de 5 años. Le sienta bien el uso de la workshop para jugar a niveles de la comunidad, y menos mal que lo tiene, porque los que trae por defecto son demasiado fáciles. 4/10⭐

This game has some cool concepts and ideas, but ends up not delivering much with them. It has too few stages and progression isn't that rewarding... The puzzles were fine, I couldn't get all the treats in any stage(only lacked one on the first stage) but I didn't felt compelled to track back and finish them... cool concept, ideas and art style but not much to go from there...

Great puzzler! Satisfying difficulty level and a great aesthetic. Never seemed to get frustratingly hard and generally never totally stuck on any of the puzzles (although there are some sneaky ones). Played the whole thing on Steam Deck using a mixture of joystick mouse controls and touch screen.

Fun little puzzle game where you can complete everything in <10 hours. Pros: Simple enough yet "secret" puzzles require a bit more thinking Physics seem consistent Nothing ridiculous in achievements Cons: This has definite mobile-game vibes Some of the puzzles are timing based, which also means some are almost impossible with mouse alone (theres a pinball-esque level) No adjustment for music/sound levels or display I was locked out of the game for a couple hours troubleshooting because of some weird resolution bug In conclusion its worth it on discount for sure but there are some little bugs that are really annoying: 1: If your game crashes when you try to enter a level, try to delete your settings.ini file 2: If the window of your game is missing and you cant find it, do above OR press ctrl+enter, though you will be forced into full screen mode.
