DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS

Genuinely one of the best entries to date. The combat is extremely fun and engaging, the story is what you expect from Dynasty Warriors but with better voice acting than previous iterations, but my god is this game just a joy to experience. I don't think I have ever wanted to 100% a game so much as I have this title. This game sets the new standard for the franchise. The music is also on point for every battle. Is it a shame that you can't customize the main character's appearance aside from clothing? Sure, but with as many other things as this game does right, I genuinely don't mind it. Oh and the game feels full and complete even without the DLC, which in today's environment is a rarity. The DLC itself is truly amazing and without spoiling anything, it's absolutely worth playing after you make a run through the game. Overall this game is incredibly worth it even at full price. If you happen to find it on sale, don't think twice just buy it.
