They can gather drug ingredients which you smelt in the backrooms of the casino to refine for your "loyal" "customers", thereby boosting profits. Once your employees lose their respect for you, you break their legs and send everyone who still has their wits with them out to gather drugs. If they stop being useful entirely, a mere simple "disposal" solves the issue. Their deaths will be yet another sacrifice for the sake of my glorious empire. In short, Drugs and Gambling is a cinematic masterpiece, deserving of the highest rewards. TL/DR: Funny, cheap game with a surprising amount of gameplay for its price. Plus, you make a casino and break your employee's legs. Just buy it.
