Dreamwalker: Never Fall Asleep

Классная концепция, отличный дизайн, великолепная озвучка, интересная история. Но перевод хромает (например в одной из игр вентилятор назвали веером). Ну и на некоторых рисунках очень сложно разглядеть детали.

게임 자체는 평범한 포인트 앤 클릭 어드벤처지만... 정말 번역상태가 별로라서 스토리 이해 및 게임 진행에 꽤나 큰 짜증을 느꼈습니다. 특히 숨은 그림 찾기에서 그 문제가 큰데 대표적인 거 몇개만 보자면 마우스를 '쥐' 라고 해놔서 뭔지 이해하는데 짜증났고 소화기를 '끄는 자' 이렇게 해놔서 뭔지 이해하는데 정말 짜증났었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 요즘 같은 대 인플레이션의 시대에 할인 받고 3000원 남짓의 가격이면 괜찮다고 생각해서 추천은 주기로 했습니다.

Dreamwalker: Never Fall Asleep is familiar territory for anyone who's played a hidden object game in the past. If you are new to the genre it is an excellent place to start. The visuals are serviceable although when characters speak it drifts into the "valley of the uncanny." This isn't unusual for this type of game. The plots in hidden object games are not terribly deep and tend to have many plot holes. That doesn't bother me, I'm not playing these games for deep lore or character development. The music is inconspicuous, meaning that it isn't annoying or distracting. It has a mysterious quality to it that makes the story seem more sinister than it actually is. The puzzles were fun without being frustrating. When in doubt, try everything and you'll get where you need to go without needing any hints. I never 100% these games as I always miss some collectibles along the way. All the more reason to play it once for fun and go back a year from now and have another go at it. The only very minor critique is that while English is not the first language of the dev team more care could have been taken when translating. There aren't major grammatical errors but when searching for hidden objects in the lists, sometimes the words are unfamiliar to me or just slightly off. Not enough to ruin the game but something to be aware of. Ultimately I recommend this title to anyone who has a few hours to spend on a casual hidden object game :)
