About
Dreams Of Adventure brings you in a world of medival fantasy where you chose how to play and impact the world around you. Will you help a person in need? Want them to pay you for help? Perhaps... you end their life and take the bellongings...? The choice is yours!
Step into a living world where every choice shapes your fate.
I’m building an open-world, second-life RPG focused on realism and player freedom. Survival matters—eat, drink, sleep, or face the consequences. Every decision, from small interactions to major quests, pushes your story toward one of multiple endings.
After 1150+ hours of development and investing heavily into assets, the game already offers around 20 hours of gameplay, with much more on the way.
World map (150x120, expanding up to 500x500+)
24 world locations with 170+ interiors
1000+ interactive objects (search, loot, discover)
Fog of War system for immersive exploration
Day/Night cycle that changes gameplay, quests, and access
200 quests (and growing)
Survival mechanics: Hunger, Thirst, Sleep
Prison system, lockpicking, stealing
Crafting, alchemy, cooking, fishing
Item weight & banking system for realism
Dynamic consequences: escape penalties, stat loss, branching events
8 unique classes with distinct playstyles:
Sellsword, Cultist, Paladin, Ranger, Bandit, Cleric, Sorcerer, Corruptor
Interactive spellcasting (timed input system)
Spell cooldowns and tactical combat
Difficulty modes from casual to brutal
Blackjack mini-game
Purchasable homes
Detailed loot & XP breakdown after battles
700+ items, weapons, and gear
This is just the beginning.
I’m actively expanding the world, adding companions, quests, and deeper systems.
If you enjoy immersive RPGs where your choices truly matter, give it a try—and I’d really value your feedback as the game evolves.
There is lots to do. Some locations aren't done yet. Not all areas have sound and some areas dont have battle sequences. Enemies will be scaled, sound added.

im just going to list the issue with this game in a list format and let you judge weather or not its worth playing 1- the game opens in full screen, there is no way to window the game and since it has always on top turned on there is no way to alt tab out, you are trapped as long as you play (i went to the inis to disable this but come on!) 2- the music is loud annoying and has no way to turn it down, just horribly loud, combined with being always on top means that you cant go into the audio mixer to lower the games sound 3- the mechanics in the game suffer from having a dev that wants to make things beyond their ability, lockpicking is horrible, casting skills needs you to do a QTE which is one of the worst ideas ive ever heard, and going to prison just blacks out your screen for 30s, which means it wastes your REAL life time instead of in game time. 4- the english sucks, hate to say it i understand it may not be the games devs first language but dont make a game in a language you cant speak, i dont want to be translating what the text is trying to say every time i talk to some one. 5- naming your studio farting studios is funny up until the start up is the sound of a 5 year old saying "im farting" then its just weird and gross is this game worth your time? no, if you want to play an adventure sim play Dungeon Dreams or better Elona plus (Costume G) both are way better designed by teams of people with the ability to makes things, not just the drive, and to the developer of this game, please consider a smaller scale project as your introduction into game design

Good game dude just keep going with that :D
Dreams Of Adventure, sizi nasıl oynayacağınızı ve etrafınızdaki dünyayı nasıl etkileyeceğinizi seçeceğiniz bir ortaçağ fantezisi dünyasına getiriyor. İhtiyacı olan bir kişiye yardım eder misiniz? Yardım için sana para ödemelerini mi istiyorsun? Belki... onların hayatına son verirsin ve eşyalarını alırsın...? Seçim senin!
Cant save even after an hour of playing. Quest system confusing or bugged. Lockpick puzzle too fast. Biggest thing is not being able to save right away.
It has some minor issues but they are surpassed by the amazing gameplay there.
By far the hardest rpg maker game i played, got clapped by wolf and bandits many times (lv.7 is my longest run), there's no ui indicator for you where to go, YOU decide where and what you want to do (freedom of choice is always nice, more game need to implement this idea ). My only problem with this game is just the lockpicking (its almost impossible with hard or even normal diff) and the spell interaction time need to be extend just a little bit more (just my opinion), But i still excited with the idea of dev with this game, maybe in the future we can rule a kingdom, or there's some wars between kingdom, family, so much possibilities. cant wait for the full version of this.
RPG Maker strikes again! Dreams Of Adventure is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. This is a completely garbage RPG Maker asset flip with a bunch of toilet humour, flipped assets and a lot of badly made RPG maker maps and so on... and more of a bad thing makes it worse, not better. This entire game was developed almost entirely by pressing CTRL-C then CTRL-V a lot. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development. Like most RPG Maker shovelware and asset flips, the game features extremely low quality copy + pasted 2D retro pixel art, looks awful, and has even worse gameplay. RPG Maker is an absolutely terrible construction kit, and never results in games of any reasonable quality or value to gamers. The developers abandoned this 3 years and 7 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. This is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a $2 USD "donation" for this as you're expected to buy soundtrack DLC from Steam to "support" the "developer"... digital panhandling. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. No thanks. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
Developer Response!
The developer has weighed in to inform everyone they didn't read the Developer Usage Rules for Steam "partners", or they deliberately ignored the part where Valve says:
Though it may be tempting, not every review needs to be responded to. A developer response will frequently draw more attention than the original statement, potentially turning a small issue into a much larger community discussion. It's also not a good idea to use this feature to refute customer opinions. Your direct attention can be seen as validation or a defensive attempt to silence your customers.
Judge this developer by their actions, not their hollow words. The game hasn't been touched in an eternity. But the developer has all the time in the world to pore over reviews and give Valve's guidelines for developers the finger. And all of that BS over a completely garbage RPG Maker asset flip... there's hundreds of these on Steam, they only take a few hours to make most of them. But this guy is so bad at asset flipping he apparently needs YEARS to copy + paste RPG Maker assets. What an appalling attitude. Let's not forget this guy is trying to get paid for this BS. Nothing in the developers pointless breach of Valve guidelines changes any of the objective facts of my review. My review stands unaltered. I cannot recommend this abandoned game to anyone.
