Dragon's Hoard

Awesome game to play solo or with your mates, had a blast trying out all the spells especially with my little dragon companion accompanying me throughout. Been seeing some great updates along the way and look forward to seeing where it goes!

3/10 feels unfinished and empty

Solo dev casually busts out a fun RPG - truly a chad move. This game is great when playing with friends, and will only get better!

TL;DR: honestly the most fun I've had for 5€ in the past couple months. It's simplistic and janky but fun, played it with a friend. Some bugs but none that were game breaking, and some that were hilarious. It's very clearly made by a solo indie dev and some of the content looks very hastily slapped together (like quest texts having poor spelling and missing punctuation, or items not having any description), but even if it makes the game silly, it's harmless honestly. Some of the game mechanics are a bit hard to understand and not explained at all, and I wish there was some graphic settings because turning off motion blur is something I always need to do or I get dizzy and with the default graphics my laptop struggles to run the game smoothly. Watching your dragon grow as you amass your hoard is really rewarding, but I wish you could interact with it a bit, like give it a name and maybe pet it or something. Considering that it's basically the main premise of the game to raise your pet dragon, it's very passive and non-committal. Overall I hope to see some updates and fixes to this game. But I don't feel like I wasted my money, cause it's a lot of fun and relaxing gameplay especially when friends join you even in its current state.

So just a quick review on my side i did play and record a video of the game , im not very fond of the dragon clipping threw the houses when he is big but other then that this game deserves a positive review on my end cause for a solo dev to be able ti make this MMO type game even tho there is no dedicated servers.. is good.. and yes the game is abit dead but realy fun to play with friends so my review is subject to change depending on updates etc etc https://youtu.be/6UfWe_i4zTE?si=7O4Gt3tuLMXl9XbL
