What is DMM Connect Chat?

You can become whoever you want, whenever you want. The worlds you can create are infinite.
DMM Connect Chat is a metaverse application that allows you to use your own avatar and interact with others in a virtual space.
Anyone with a VR headset or a PC can enjoy it for free.

You don't need a VR headset to join in the fun!

DMM Connect Chat can be used with just a PC — even if you don't have a VR device, you can still enjoy the app for free. (Currently, only Windows is supported.)
To switch to VR mode, just put your headset on — no need to reboot the app or change settings!

In the chat rooms, you can choose a world of your own design and hang out with friends to your heart’s content.

Handy features

The app has a trove of features designed to enhance your experience.

Use the comment function to send text messages to the whole room (we support emojis too!!).

The new camera has options that let you change the depth of field or shoot at a fixed angle.
If you link DMM Connect Chat to Twitter, you will be able to upload your photo right away — whether it’s a selfie, a commemorative picture with your friends, or one you took while exploring the virtual world!

Interact with others using your original avatar!

If you register your VRM avatar on DMM VR Connect, you can easily use it in Connect Chat. There are no limits! Interact with your friends in your own unique way!

Create your own worlds!

By installing the Connect Chat SDK (CCSDK) you will be able to create and upload your own worlds to DMM Connect Chat.
Create anything you want, from an event venue to a talk room or an original store — your imagination is the limit!
Of course, you can also explore the unique worlds created by others.
