About
An outside threat reaches your homeland, a quiet northern island. You play as Fjør, a young warrior among those born under the Fate of the Guardian, blessed with exceptional combat prowess. But that alone is not enough to defeat the invaders and protect what's sacred to your people.
Walking the path of a Warden, explore the island above and below the surface: forgotten caves and ominous forests, gloomy catacombs and sacred ruins, where you shall fight hordes of monsters, discover well-hidden secrets and harness ancestral legacy.
Inspired by the best of the hack-and-slash genre, Divinum has a wide range of options to master and experiment with. Launch enemies into the air, where they are unable to act or escape while Fjør gains access to unique moves. Unleash unstoppable combos with two distinct primary weapons and special skills. Leave your foes no chance with quick dodges, blocks, and parries.
Explore the world, look for secrets and fight bosses to find Runes that meaningfully change how you fight. A +5% damage item? You won't find anything this boring in Divinum. Runes can provide anything from solid unique bonuses to modifiers that can completely change how you approach battles — but great power often comes with trade-offs.
Across the island, dangerous trials and ancient evil await you. Conquer them all and claim generous rewards!

Me diverti muito com esse jogo! Simples mas com uma ótima jogabilidade!
Wow! It’s one hell of a game! The combat and movement are damn cool—frame-perfect, and you feel so powerful. They’ve got some interesting ideas. I’m five hours in, and so far, it’s a must-have.
Divinum is a combat-focused metroidvania with elements of Sekiro in the combat design. The early game is perhaps a little too basic, but the challenge and complexity ramp up nicely after the first boss. Movement and animations are crisp, and there are plenty of combat options and just barely enough enemy variety to keep things from getting stale. Exploration is pretty breezy, which is probably for the best, but there are plenty of rewards for seeking out all the nooks and crannies. Customizing my build with runes and skills was fun, and I appreciate that the game doesn't overstay its welcome and wraps things up without any filler to pad the runtime. As a mostly solo project, Divinum is really impressive and well worth the bargain price. I hope to see more games from this developer in the future! Dev, if you read this review, I think a boss-rush mode that adds new, more challenging moves and behaviors for the bosses would be really fun. I would definitely re-install the game and play a bit more for something like that.

I really enjoyed playing through the game. The combat system is very satisfying; the parries feel weighty and rewarding. The level design doesn’t quite fit the Metroidvania mould, as there’s no forced backtracking – you progress whilst trying to find everything, but there’s no major reason to go back except to collect bonuses. So far, it’s a very enjoyable game, but it ends very abruptly. I would at least have liked to see the end approaching and to be given a bit of a helping hand in finding the final collectables. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s curious, but don’t set your expectations too high.
Fantastic game. Great combat mechanics. Am enjoying it quite a bit.
great!
Very competent metroidvania. The key game loop is well done, provided you take a few breaks. Good visuals. The only grievance I have is that it's too short. I wanted to see more of the world/characters/plots. Well, maybe in the next one.
