Please help me get my progress back! 😢 Edit: I have contacted gameloft customer service. It has been about three weeks and still no reply. So frustrating! My game wouldn’t load so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I am connected to the gameloft club, Apple ID, and Game Center. I cannot get my game progress back. I used to play on my phone, but now exclusively play on my iPad. When I opened my phone it did have more data, but it is not the level I was at! Please help! I have spent so many hours building my park in this game.

I would love too play this game however..regarding lore Dont get me wrong i love the idea of this but why add curses and stuff that seems demonic? if there was a option too skip that whole scene that would be nice and too filter certain things since my cousins freak out and get scared and i dont feel comfortable letting them play or me download it with what it has inside the game.

Pin collection goals This has happen to me 3 or 4 times since I updated the game. My goals keep disappearing when I‘m so close. I would have to do one or two more things and when I open the game it would go back to zero on all the goals like I never did any of them. I’ve have gotten frustrated with the game and thats why I don’t give a 5 star review. If I didn’t have any problems with the game I would give a 5 star review.

fun but too many ads great gameplay, i used to play years ago and just came back. i wish there wasn’t almost always an ad after you do maybe 3 things now so you have to pay real money.

Love it, but I have a big request The game is amazing and I absolutely love it, I just really wish that the Marvel characters were in it. I don’t know if that’s possible, but that’s all that I want to see in the future.

I don’t get this… I don’t know what is wrong with this game. A few years ago I used to love this game. A lot of times I deleted it and reinstalled.But now the game won’t load. Pls fix this fame so that ai can play it again,

Tower Challenge Issue I have been playing this game for years and have not had any issues. I am having an issue with the current Tower event and cannot get anyone to help me! I’m stuck on chapter 2 and cannot go back!!! I’m told the issue is fixed but it clearly is not. I paid for the season pass and am very frustrated!!! Please help!!

Lost all progress I recently got a new phone. I had to undownload the game on my old phone due to space and when I tried recover my old account where I paid so much money on the game it had me logged into my Apple and gameloft account but cleared all of my progress and doesn’t let me recover anything I previously had or paid for. I’m disappointed because I’d gotten so far.

Has me hooked already 10 minutes into playing the game! Reviewed the map and characters! One thing tho.. we are missing the Disney movie descendants !!!

No longer worth it You are all deceived; this game has turned into an unreliable and memory sucking game. It crashes continuously and freezes with every update or new event. You will lose rewards and they don’t respond to your request for correction or compensation! When it first came out it was great but now it’s only designed to promote new films coming out. Clever marketing at our expense. Good luck if you want to continue or engage. Pffff!
