Very great game! I finaly managed to play it after planing it for years and years! Once you understand the mechanics it's so much fun and it realy catches you into the story! The machanics for a game from 2012 are very very good and the game overall was ahead for it's time!

Its Assassins Creed but infinitely better, idk what it it but it just works. DI=ishonoured is a masterpiece with a wonderful storyline and even better gameplay

Getting all 50 achievements in the base game is now one of my new favourite gaming memories, and also marks the second game i've ever gotten 100% of the achievements for. My last playthrough on Steam was in 2016, now here I am in 2026 still coming back.

[h1] Exceeds Nostalgia [/h1] I have recently been going back and playing older games like Dishonored, GTA IV, The Witcher 3, RDR 1&2 etc. And it has made me realise how good we actually had it. Most AAA games prior to 2020 were quality with great gameplay, great stories and most importantly very well optimised! Even RDR 2 with how good the graphics hold up today, that game runs smooth with no need for DLSS or AI enhancing. Dishonored is a great game, the game mechanics are fun, story is good, lore is good, graphics are decent for such an old game but the rest of what the game offers outshines the graphics. Coming back all these years later, I actually enjoyed it more now than I did when it first came out. It is so satisfying when you have nostalgia for a game, replay it and it lives up to or exceeds the nostalgia!
