The first game was better still its a good game
One of the most boring games I've played and I've played quite a few. To start with, there is basically no reason to play it stealthily and with no deaths, since it doesn't reward the player for being cautious. On the contrary, it punishes every little mistake you make. The maps are quite large and are comprised of several multi-level labyrinth-styled locations (flats, offices, building, etc). To navigate those safely you need the x-ray vision, which has been nerfed here quite dramatically in both range and visibility in comparison to the original. There hundreds of enemies in each location and each and every one of them moves randomly through locations, has keen perception and are extremely vigilant, while you do not have much of anything to help you 1. gather every collectible 2. complete the level stealthily. You can always get things done and get out, but you will be leaving everything behind. You can, however, not do any of those things, but then you won't get the gratification of a proper ending. The combat system is just as broken as it was in the original with pistol dominating every enemy in sight. Also, there are no incentives here. E.g., in RE4 after a high-intensity fight, challenging puzzle or location that is difficult to get across there is always the merchant. Seeing him is like a breath of fresh air. While there are merchants in this game, each one is different and none stood out, all seemed like generic NPCs with different pricing/ They are scattered randomly throughout the game too. Weapon upgrades are extremely limited and boring, so there are 0 reasons to collect coins and treasures. There are almost no side quest here as well. The game runs like crap 10 years after the release too. Prepare to spam quick save/load if you want to beat the game the way it was intended.

神,画面和质感比起一代强很多,更多的技能和玩法搭配上顶级地图设计,只能说无脑入👍
simply amazing

劇情直線,當作一般動作遊戲玩的話並不出色。但是若採少殺敵的潛行玩法,再加上精心設計的地圖,非常值得推薦。
