Reminded me of the original Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei, which probably what it was aiming to achieve. Recommended to people who likes old-school RPG games and/or occult themes, 7/10

If the whole game are linear story this game maybe popular more.
Short and flashy! A simple but interesting game, especially visually.
A game that's more like Soul Hackers 1 than Soul Hackers 2! Super short neo-noir game about internet demons, super sick, I recommend
The game's art style is pretty good, but lack of facial expressions makes it hard to feel the emotion of characters. The music doesn't fit the tone of the environments. Controls menu is a dialogue box that explains the controls in a long monologue, that's really bad. The combat is not combat. You have 3 hp - the demon has 3 hp. Each turn you do 1 damage and demon does one damage. Because you start first - you win every time. The concept itself feels like a Supernatural parody and the writing like low quality fanfiction. Aside from demons originating from something called "Aethernet" there's nothing to suggest there's anything "cyber" about them. You even fight them with salt, rosaries and crucifixes, like regular folklore. I'm not excited about a sequel. 3/10
DIGITAL EXORCIST case(0) is a free... I guess it counts as a visual novel? I haven't really played any of those. Anyways. You investigate paranormal crimes and fight demons in cyberspace. Thankfully for me, you don't need a brain, you just choose which object of interest you want to investigate and the characters will do the actual work, it's very short, about a 45 min game time (mine is higher as I replayed to get the acheivments after an update), despite this, the writing is great, with a lot of implied backstory to make the otherwise simple characters interesting enough for the short time you spend with them, the visuals are great too. This is this devs first game on steam, but they have a small collection on itch I haven't touched. you don't really loose anything by trying this game, so you might as well, I'll keep an eye on that dev for sure, they got talent in visuals and storytelling, that much is undeniable.
