Diablo II: Resurrected – Infernal Edition

Great to revisit the game again and now I'm addicted to farming terror zones again. Even better to get the game through Steam. Haven't tried the Warlock yet, still throwing javelins at mobs as an Amazon right now, farm, and then try out these new Uber Ancients.

I've played D2 since forever and got the urge to play it again and gave this a shot. The enhanced graphics really made it fun to explore it again. I like the new QOL improvements like automatic gold pickup etc. Feels so good to revisit again. Haven't gotten very far or played very much yet so can't give a full review of it for the die-hard fans out there that just want to know if it's worth it if they already have the old game. I will say this - the "legacy" view is terrible haha, the game does not look that bad if you run it natively, like at all. Cute feature, I might have to fiddle more with it before it comes playable. I'll just enjoy the new HD version of it, it's stayed wonderfully true to the original in style.

If you loved D2 you'll love this. You can play as a classic, lod, or rotw character. So a version exists for everyone. I am partial to classic myself but to each their own. The game is every bit as much fun as you remember which for me is a good thing.
