Desktop Pet

I recommend this game to anyone who likes Tamagotchi or idle games. This game adds an overlay to your screen, so you can work or watch a video while your little pet wanders around. By taking care and feeding the pet you can earn money and buy costumes. After that you start flicking the little creature across the screen, which is actually very addicting and I would love to see some mini games involving this mechanic in the future.

I've been on a Tamagotchi kick recently, and was planning on making basically this exact sorta game to fill the itch, guess I dont have to now lol. I love the premise and general execution, hopefully it'll be filled out with a bit more content / QoL as time goes on. <3 One feature I realllllly hope gets added though, is the ability to change which screen its on. I would love to be able to have this on my 2nd monitor that I put less "pressing" stuff on rather than my primary monitor. Is there somewhere to post feedback / report bugs / request features?

Functioning as an advanced Tamagochi, this game can become a quite interesting social experiment on how you would relate to your virtual cubicle pet and blur the bounds to applied cybernetics over time. While my first pet disposes of the same energy levels as myself (needs to rest every 2 minutes), it also gets entertained by plushies, changes its colors arbitrarily, and is decently food-motivated...like me. One day, my little Xartax will work as a web app dev and write a book to escape the crushing weight of his existential dread as well, I'm feeling it. You can easily keep this little distraction running while binging your daily dose of YouTube videos about corporate dystopia and Alpha Male podcasts. Build a habit on hydrating yourself every time you feed your little pixel critter and smooth the way of becoming the mad virtual cat lady you always strive to be! The minigames are a really nice addition to the experience (especially the Potion Party reference), but there are some nice-to-haves in my mind like: - more pet interaction (e.g. playing fetch with dedicated items) - more active gem sources (e.g. through said pet interactions) - maybe some (clean) interactions between two pet All in all, it's a nice little pixel pet simulator with a prevalent self-soothing factor. As soon as the next pandemic is rolling by, this will be your company of choice.

This game is easy to play and watch netflix at the same time.

es mag an sich ein niedliches "spiel" sein, wenn man jedoch oft viel "spielgeld" sammelte, sich neue pets kaufte (hatte ca.... 5-6 keine ahnung mehr) das spiel beendet und dieser Vortschritt laufend NICHT gespeichert wird.... das spiel kam nicht erst gestern raus.... wird daran wirklich noch ernsthaft gearbeitet? aus den diskusionen entnahm ich bereits, das viele dieses problem mit dem nicht speichern des vortschritts hatten.... der wunsch nach einem "save button" wurde geäussert.... das war 2024.... heutiger stand..... kein "save button" das spiel speichert den stand noch immer nicht..... auf wünsche wird nicht eingegangen.... wie es scheint..... danke für nichts liebe entwickler

Love this game, cute, simple and yet very engaging!

Es tut genau das, was der Titel verspricht. Ich habe mich mit diesem kleinen Zeitvertreib angefreundet und es jetzt über eine Stunde lang "gespielt". Nebenbei konnte ich YouTube gucken oder auf Twitch Kisten für Eternal Card sammeln. Ich empfehle es jeden weiter, der nach einer kleinen Abwechslung oder halt nach einem Spiel sucht, was man einfach so für Zwischendurch zocken kann.
