Rewards partnership with Tapjoy and costumer service is a joke I like the designing aspect of the game- it’s the best one I’ve played. However, I’d you have a problem, good luck getting help from customer service. Unless you want to pay, you have to play games to earn rewards and you need rewards to get new items to use in designs. If you don’t do this your designs get much lower ratings if you even have enough items to complete a design. I wouldn’t mind doing this but I was denied the last rewards I earned for supposedly “not completing the requirements- violating terms of service. I’ve done nothing different and they won’t provide an explanation because they need to keep their determination process private. Which is just a lame cover-up for they’re using an automatic response because even when I’ve tried asking Tapjoy about why my games keep disappearing and reappearing and disappearing and reappearing. I still get the same response that I am ineligible for the rewards because I didn’t meet the requirements or violated terms of service. I’ve tried getting help through design home’s customer service and it’s like they don’t read my messages and then nobody responds so I get a new agent who doesn’t read my messages or they say to try requesting the rewards again with Tapjoy even though that’s not even an option. So basically you may or may not earn rewards for completing offers, even if you have followed the rules, and nobody can or will provide an explanation so in case you did do something wrong unintentionally, you’ll never know what it was so you can avoid doing it again.

Interior Decorating I wish we had the opportunity to challenge players who receive a 5 when their designs really don’t rate a 5.

Fun game but… I LOVE this game but there like forcing you to get the stuff they tell you to like it shows this 0/3 and you HAVE to complete it and I have to buy the stuff they tell me to complete and it’s driving me insane

Disappointed Why are you forcing people to play a different game. Had I wanted to play that game I would have downloaded it. Otherwise, 4.5 stars.

Disappointed! I had a score of 4.99, got 5-7 straight 5 STARS and my score never changed, although it increased with the 5s until I got to the 4.99. I low scoring design, after my score no moving for ALL those 5s dropped me down to 4.91. Now, I’ll have to get twenty 5 star designs to get back to 4.99, make that make sense. And the chat feature is less than useless. Definitely worthy of a one star review.

Unlimited greed I used to love this game. But they keep jacking up the price to play so that now it feels like a gambling addiction. $10 for a handful of images you can only use five times? And that’s only for one color! I’ve invested so much money, but it’s time to break the habit. Hopefully someone designs a competitor soon.

EA is ruining this game Have really enjoyed creating nice spaces with real decor that you could actually go and buy if you wanted to. I can be creative and dream of beautifully decorated spaces of any type, even if I could never afford them irl. Now EA is trying to turn this into just another match 3 game. If I wanted to play match 3 games, I’d play an actual match 3 game. EA bought the game from its original creators and now they’re too lazy to operate it as anything other than a stupid match 3! That’s a net negative review by abt -8 stars. Previously would have rated the original game as +5.

The best home design game there is I’ve been playing this game on and off for years, as I’m sure many others have done or do. I love the complete freedom to design from scratch without forced decisions like other games do. There are some small flaws, as there are in all games. One of very few criticisms I have of this game is the fact that as long as the decor goes with a color scheme you can get 5 stars rewards even with same wall decors on the same wall to be lazy when I’ve seen people create from their own good taste and still get less stars than the “lazy” designers. I do think it’s too tightly automated and downgraded good designs when they should be given better ratings. However, it’s a form of confirming to a single scheme and that’s annoying, but the game overall is a one of a kind and reigns queen over all home designing games.
