Rewards partnership with Tapjoy and costumer service is a joke I like the designing aspect of the game- it’s the best one I’ve played. However, I’d you have a problem, good luck getting help from customer service. Unless you want to pay, you have to play games to earn rewards and you need rewards to get new items to use in designs. If you don’t do this your designs get much lower ratings if you even have enough items to complete a design. I wouldn’t mind doing this but I was denied the last rewards I earned for supposedly “not completing the requirements- violating terms of service. I’ve done nothing different and they won’t provide an explanation because they need to keep their determination process private. Which is just a lame cover-up for they’re using an automatic response because even when I’ve tried asking Tapjoy about why my games keep disappearing and reappearing and disappearing and reappearing. I still get the same response that I am ineligible for the rewards because I didn’t meet the requirements or violated terms of service. I’ve tried getting help through design home’s customer service and it’s like they don’t read my messages and then nobody responds so I get a new agent who doesn’t read my messages or they say to try requesting the rewards again with Tapjoy even though that’s not even an option. So basically you may or may not earn rewards for completing offers, even if you have followed the rules, and nobody can or will provide an explanation so in case you did do something wrong unintentionally, you’ll never know what it was so you can avoid doing it again.

…… Gets boring pretty quickly.

EA is ruining this game Have really enjoyed creating nice spaces with real decor that you could actually go and buy if you wanted to. I can be creative and dream of beautifully decorated spaces of any type, even if I could never afford them irl. Now EA is trying to turn this into just another match 3 game. If I wanted to play match 3 games, I’d play an actual match 3 game. EA bought the game from its original creators and now they’re too lazy to operate it as anything other than a stupid match 3! That’s a net negative review by abt -8 stars. Previously would have rated the original game as +5.

Killer ads that won’t let you start Was still trying to learn how to play when an ad for Forge of Empires came up and would not go away no matter what I clicked. Was it the ad”s fault or the developer’s fault? Sure wasn’t my fault, so I deleted it. Save yourself some bother.

Bonus challenge not showing up I just got a notification in my inbox about a new bonus challenge called seaside Society event. When I clicked on it it took me to the fifth challenge of the series with no opportunity to enter the first four. What is going on??

Ridiculously priced Would be a great game but one requires about 50 dollars a day to play all the designs - I know- I did it for days! 50 dollars a day for designing the way you’d want to- what’s the fun in hodgepodging left over junk you have because they literally want 5 dolllars for each furniture piece/. The tap joy offers are nice - but it takes all day to Get 1 piece of furniture - IF they decide to give it to you- and the games rarely connect properly- my entire tap joy was reset- and no rewards are connecting - so this game is pretty much over for me. - why? requirements for two pieces of furniture during each design challenge are about 6000+/- diamonds- not including the 8 others you would use to make it look nice. - because you need 6000diamonds just sitting around - and not much left over- Then you’re forced to use your junk left over. First place is 25,000 gems for the WEEK. Not Day (which doesn’t cover the requirements for 3challenges) I’m starting to just design and let expire. I don’t have problems paying for games. But this is overly ridiculous. (Rewards for completed design are 500 diamonds) -6000 (requirement) -35,000 for additional design) reward + 500 and free piece of furniture you didn’t ask for or want! - you can see how the math just doesn’t make it playable. And the inability to choose creates like designs for everyone - It’s a shame because it’s such a good game! I’m impressed by the work it takes to get it running- just wish it was affordable. Suggestion- charge the keys Pre submitting design - charge them at the beginning- when opening- INCLUDE free -the required pieces - (either you choose it or -it’s already there) then allow people to spruce up the design- lower the prices of ALL pieces at least by half - keep the diamond price -per dollar the same- that way your paying for things you want instead of junk you make us buy. - A table cloth being 2500 gems for one use is just ungodly ridiculous . . I would like to show people this app- but at these rates I can’t. no piece of single furniture (regardless if it’s used 5 times or not) should be 11,000 gems. That’s 9.99- for a 5 couches you may be able to use in-the game next 4 weeks. And if not- it expires? Suggestion Rewards for design - choice of LEATHER Couch - or Choice of “certain designer chair” - It’s an awesome game but- the pricing needs work. 10 blankets is better than 5 - considering you may use up to 5 per challenge. - 10 lamps better than 5 as well- as they are usually used in pairs of two. Should be less than .99 cents for ANY 5 /10 pieces of furniture - I feel like the money would flow in better if it was more affordable

Great until…. I really enjoyed it until I’ve gotten to higher levels. Nothing drops, even if you get the rainbow IT doesn’t drop until the last two or three turns. You can’t design if you can’t beat games. And I will NOT spend money so now I win maybe one of 15 games. Dropped in ratings from 1 -3 to now 50’s. Pretty boring wasting your time…will delete…good luck and hope you’re willing to buy tools and gems!

Not about design aesthetic This used to be a fun and challenging game, of late it’s become about how many current ‘on sale’ design elements you can jam into each challenge. Whoever buys the most accessories and newest design elements are the people who rate higher on challenges. It’s really ruined the purpose of challenging ones aesthetic design to aggrandizement of money.

Great past time I have been designing on this app for over 3 years it’s always the first down load when setting up a new phone

Diamonds get expensive! It's a fun game but diamonds get expensive and if you do the offers for free diamonds they do not give you the rewards.
