Deliver This!

Deliver This! Needs a little work. But over-all has a good premise. I feel that this could be something once a little TLC is done to add to the user's experience. Firstly I would start with clearly defining the Controls as well as an Options menu. Secondly a pause menu would be great. Third I would think about adding some nav or pathing in the tutorial to give players a sense of direction. I cannot wait to see what this turns into when the Devs have alittle more time to fix those things.

"Deliver This!" is a badly made Unreal engine kitbash, low poly graphics on a basic Unreal engine game blueprint, a simple parkour platformer with FPS elements and deplorably low quality. I think maybe this was a failed student project, but make no mistake, there's barely any game here, it's a sloppy and undercooked mess. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render this unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D graphics which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. Locked to 30fps and with no control or resolution options, this fails the most very basic minimum standard requirements for any PC game. That alone is enough to disqualify this. Developers need to understand what PC games are. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. A peak of [b]2 concurrent players[/b] (according to SteamDB) for a "free" game is a disastrous public reception. Out of 130 million potential players here on Steam, almost nobody was interested. Even though this is "free". That level of rejection speaks a lot for the quality of the game. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam.

okay so there's this cool thing called.. settings.. and optimization... like i would say my laptop runs about everything but this ran like ♥♥♥♥ and i see others seeing the same issue so its not just personal

Dont play it (yet). I couldnt figure out what to do in this game. The devs didnt bother adding any menus. I found 2 enemies on the whole map and they are incredibly easy. I would love to see the creators finish this at some point though
