Yet another company that sells their product and sets it up where you can't play it when they decide to close shop. After several minutes trying to set up again so that I can play this game that I own, I got as far as linking to Steam where it promptly shut down and wouldn't let me access. I would advise anyone to never buy any games from this company or any company like this one. Locking the game where you can't even create your own servers to continue to play the game is a piss poor policy. When a company sells product (not subscriptions of course) they are obligated in my opinion to make sure the customer that bought it has the ability to use it even if they have to create the server themselves. At least then their friends can continue playing. Gaming companies wonder why the consumers are so hostile to them. This is one such reason.

There was absolutely 0 need to kill the original defiance game for this garbage.
