Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core

I'm a casuall DRG player, that plays DRG to have fun with friends after work/uni. From DRG:RC I was expecting simmilar game with refreshed weapon system, new missions, maybe different enemies, but overall a game that I don't have to sweat about. And I like difficulty level, I don't need to boost my ego by playing on hazard 5++ extra sauce with fries to have fun. I can play on standard and have fun too. I like the weapons, stat boosts are ok, in time devs can go more fancy towards overclocks, that will be fun. I like also that you can also choose gadgets and other stuff, that idea is great. I don't like the vibe tho and I understand that lore-wise having abandoned mine needs a bit of scary-ish design etc. but it's too much I think. New enemies are not doing it for me too, I miss glyphids that have a little bit goofy style, are a little bit dumb with their targeting and moves. With this new scenery and "void horrors" im feeling like I'm playing a horror game rather than a co-op shooter of mass destruction. Game feels more competetive for some reason. And It's not bad. It's different. Hope you found my opinion helpful.
