Reviews
Smooth nice graphics with good realistic movement. Gameplay has a good fear factor because you have only one life, its not a game that you play for hours at a time but its great to keep coming back too.
Pretty cool game
If you have even the slightest fear of the ocean, this game will crank it up to 11. Honestly I don't know why this has got a lot of hate, Death in the Water 2 does an incredible job of making every dive feel tense. The underwater environments are beautiful, but you never feel truly safe. One minute you're peacefully exploring shipwrecks and reefs, the next you're desperately trying to escape a swarm of sea creatures while the Kraken is hunting you down. The atmosphere is easily the game's biggest strength. Great lighting, eerie sound design, and realistic sea life create constant suspense. Progression feels rewarding too, with new weapons and upgrades giving you more ways to survive each increasingly difficult dive. It's not a huge AAA experience, but for an indie title it delivers far more than I expected. If you enjoy horror games, underwater exploration, or simply want something different from the usual survival shooter, this is well worth playing. Pros: Terrifying underwater atmosphere Beautiful visuals and creature animations Fun weapon upgrades and progression Great mix of exploration, horror, and action Keeps you on edge from start to finish Cons: Can become repetitive during longer sessions Story isn't the main focus
It was fun. Feels, and looks great. I can tell this was a passion project for sure.
If You Are Looking For A UNDER WATER SURVIVAL HORROR GAME this is Probably The BEST ONE.
Despite suffering from Thalasophobia, I thoroughly enjoy this title.
