About
Dear Magical Girls is a story-driven defense game where you reshape a magical barrier to hold back waves of beasts.
Arin is a magical girl in her fourth year on the job, tasked with protecting the mana stones that keep the city’s magical infrastructure running.
Between sleepless shifts and emergency dispatches, she enters the Otherworld, raises her barrier, and fights off the beasts lurking within.
Move the vertices of your barrier to expand or shrink your territory.
Attack enemies with mana cannons that travel along the barrier lines.
Expand your territory to secure more resources.
Shrink the barrier to concentrate your firepower in a smaller area.
Keep buffs inside the barrier, and push harmful debuffs out.
You’ll need to keep reshaping your barrier based on the state of the battlefield and the position of nearby resources.
When things get dangerous, stop time, reposition your vertices, and prepare for the next attack.
Use the mana gained from expanding your barrier to add new vertices.
More vertices allow you to form more complex barrier shapes, increasing your offensive options.
Upgrade your attack power and attack speed, and build the shape and firepower you need for each wave.
As the story progresses, new modules and enchants will be unlocked.
Equip new attack modules, and use enchants to enhance the traits of your existing ones.
Reshape your barrier around the movement and attack patterns of your modules.
With each wave, the beasts grow stronger. Victory depends on how you shape your barrier and manage your mana.
After each mission, you’ll return to the city and see Arin’s life as a magical girl.
Meet Charlotte, a veteran magical girl; Lily, a girl who admires magical girls; and the people living throughout the city.
As emergency calls keep coming and mysterious disappearances begin to unfold, Arin draws closer to the truth behind mana, magic, and the magical girls themselves.

Great little story with a lot of Madoka inspiration, combined with a neat tower defense concept. Reminds me of old flash games, and I mean that in a good way. It's short but uses its time really well to tell its story, though I would've loved to experience even more. Great atmosphere, good pixel art, fun gameplay. Absolutely recommended.
good
It's a short, entertaining game with a good story! It's perfect if you just want a free game to spend the afternoon on. The gameplay itself was the highlight for me. The strategy part of it was really fun! There are a lot of neat details that I'd love to point out, but I think it's better not to spoil them The English translation is a bit scuffed on a few parts, but it's nothing that inhibits enjoyment of the story. My biggest issue is the dialogue during the battles. The game doesn't really give you a quiet moment to read through it, so I missed a lot of the text while trying not to die. Overall, I'd highly recommend it! It's free and only took me about an hour and a half to complete the story mode, so it's not like you're losing much by trying it.

Как будто посмотрел 12-ти серийник в жанре Дарк Махо. Классная игра
Great game, competed full. My only compain is artilerist. Why this sons can have both long range that isn't stopped by barrier, and HP that takes several attacks to take down. Didn't like
I would absolutely pay for an expanded game on this same premise. The gameplay was approachable but still deep and interesting with the different loadout choices. The narrative was surprisingly strong for such a short game, really helped out by the incredible art and music. It's free, just play it.
short, sweet, and just slightly depressing
Fun mechanics, meguka vibes and free. 8/10 bit short, would love more.
素晴らしい。
