About
Dear Magical Girls is a story-driven defense game where you reshape a magical barrier to hold back waves of beasts.
Arin is a magical girl in her fourth year on the job, tasked with protecting the mana stones that keep the city’s magical infrastructure running.
Between sleepless shifts and emergency dispatches, she enters the Otherworld, raises her barrier, and fights off the beasts lurking within.
Move the vertices of your barrier to expand or shrink your territory.
Attack enemies with mana cannons that travel along the barrier lines.
Expand your territory to secure more resources.
Shrink the barrier to concentrate your firepower in a smaller area.
Keep buffs inside the barrier, and push harmful debuffs out.
You’ll need to keep reshaping your barrier based on the state of the battlefield and the position of nearby resources.
When things get dangerous, stop time, reposition your vertices, and prepare for the next attack.
Use the mana gained from expanding your barrier to add new vertices.
More vertices allow you to form more complex barrier shapes, increasing your offensive options.
Upgrade your attack power and attack speed, and build the shape and firepower you need for each wave.
As the story progresses, new modules and enchants will be unlocked.
Equip new attack modules, and use enchants to enhance the traits of your existing ones.
Reshape your barrier around the movement and attack patterns of your modules.
With each wave, the beasts grow stronger. Victory depends on how you shape your barrier and manage your mana.
After each mission, you’ll return to the city and see Arin’s life as a magical girl.
Meet Charlotte, a veteran magical girl; Lily, a girl who admires magical girls; and the people living throughout the city.
As emergency calls keep coming and mysterious disappearances begin to unfold, Arin draws closer to the truth behind mana, magic, and the magical girls themselves.

很有意思的小作品。 剧情比较短但也足够完整,像素风小人挺可爱的 玩法略微有点无聊且有点难度,但不是重点 总体来说好评,希望看到阿琳的后续故事。
增加一些深度和BGM游戏回更棒
Short and entertaining. Although the battle system is somewhat repetitive, considering the FOC price point, nothing to complain. Would be great if can choose more than 2 weapons.
For a game that, what I can assume to be, is one of the first projects this studio has made. Its pretty dang good. Its take on the Tower Defense and RTS style of gameplay is interesting, and its artstyle is charming. The only place I feel like it suffers a little is on the narrative feel, doesn't really give you much time to get attached to the narrative or characters. If there was a criticism I could give, its mainly that I feel the concept needs a bit more "juice" and complexity to really shine. The progression is short and doesn't give you as much time to figure the modules out. As well, the narrative is a tad fast in my opinion, I would prefer more stuff to do and see this city you're protecting. But I know that's a larger scope than what I believe the developers were intending. Interesting play, would definitely think about playing something of this nature in a larger scope if it comes to be. Devs have a bright future.
The gameplay is unique and engaging with new things being added every level. The battle theme is an actual banger. Finished it at 100% and looking forward to the nightmare mode.
I don't really play games for the difficulty, so I can't really say anything about that. What I _can_ say is that the story is beautiful. It is short, yeah. But its just so good! I thought it would be more sinister, but just as it is, I can feel how much care went into it. I love those Devs, I am following for every new game. I wouldn't even complain if they decided to launch something paid. Great Work! I know I'll come back to play again and again, in greater difficulties, just because the game feels good to play.
