About
Dear Magical Girls is a story-driven defense game where you reshape a magical barrier to hold back waves of beasts.
Arin is a magical girl in her fourth year on the job, tasked with protecting the mana stones that keep the city’s magical infrastructure running.
Between sleepless shifts and emergency dispatches, she enters the Otherworld, raises her barrier, and fights off the beasts lurking within.
Move the vertices of your barrier to expand or shrink your territory.
Attack enemies with mana cannons that travel along the barrier lines.
Expand your territory to secure more resources.
Shrink the barrier to concentrate your firepower in a smaller area.
Keep buffs inside the barrier, and push harmful debuffs out.
You’ll need to keep reshaping your barrier based on the state of the battlefield and the position of nearby resources.
When things get dangerous, stop time, reposition your vertices, and prepare for the next attack.
Use the mana gained from expanding your barrier to add new vertices.
More vertices allow you to form more complex barrier shapes, increasing your offensive options.
Upgrade your attack power and attack speed, and build the shape and firepower you need for each wave.
As the story progresses, new modules and enchants will be unlocked.
Equip new attack modules, and use enchants to enhance the traits of your existing ones.
Reshape your barrier around the movement and attack patterns of your modules.
With each wave, the beasts grow stronger. Victory depends on how you shape your barrier and manage your mana.
After each mission, you’ll return to the city and see Arin’s life as a magical girl.
Meet Charlotte, a veteran magical girl; Lily, a girl who admires magical girls; and the people living throughout the city.
As emergency calls keep coming and mysterious disappearances begin to unfold, Arin draws closer to the truth behind mana, magic, and the magical girls themselves.

Gameplay is pretty fun. Lots of interesting ways of using the barrier setup. Story is pretty simple, but its streamlined and still decent. Pretty short, ~1.5 hours if you're slow, but the gameplay is good enough that its got replayability
Really good game especially considering how it's free. Tower defense segments are fun, and there's a fun new spin on it every level. I'm looking forward to the nightmare mode.
짧은 킬링타임용 인디겜. 무기 벨런스가 좀 이상한거 같긴한데 할만합니다

A very interesting game with a unique mix Tower Defense and RTS. Perfect length for how far they push it.
Amazing Game. It's a short, free game. It took me about 90 minutes to beat the game and an additional 30 to finish the four achievements I missed. Without going into spoilers, the story itself is, frankly, quite normal in the realm of "Dark Magical Girls" such as Madoka Magica. It wears that inspiration on its sleeve with the story and the setting. The gameplay, on the other hand, is very unique and interesting. I haven't played too many tower defense games, but this one was very fun. A handful of unique abilities, each with interesting modifiers to upgrade them. I think my biggest complaint is that there isn't more. I mean, it's a free game, and a great one at that. However, I'd be more then happy paying for a far longer version, even if it's with different characters in the same setting. Finishing the game felt like I had completed a Demo for something far greater, akin to Deltarune Chapter 1. I mean, the story isn't bad, like I said, but its unfortunate how little there is to do. Great game all around though. Very fun to sink your teeth into. Costs nothing and doesn't take much time to complete.
quick fun time
有遊戲性,有不錯的劇情,免費,滿分
Probably the best Madoka Magica game. Truly unique gameplay mechanics with multiple nice ideas. High-quality pixel art. The story is very good and well-presented, if slightly derivitive. I had a couple of problems with the ending, which seemed a bit rushed to me, but for all I know they might add something to it with the upcoming Nightmare Mode. This would be a great game even if it wasn't completely free. It is quite short, but that also means it doesn't overstay its welcome. It seems to me that one more level to flesh out the ending and further clarify the moral conflict might have worked, though.
it is a pretty nice game i must say i happen to like the people from the jungle.io they have released some bangers on the free to play section, though i must say i have a criticisim with a certain section of the game i couldn't read the dailouges as it is in the bottom right corner of the game while the main action is being done in the center of the game
It's a fun game with an interesting concept. I kinda wish I could have paid for it because of how much I like it.
