About
Welcome to Deal With Destiny 2, the fan-made continuation of the cult Half‑Life 2 modification, expanding the ideas and atmosphere of the original. You play as Oscar Willson — the same protagonist whose fate was entangled with the events of the first part — and are once again drawn into the Combine’s web, where the usual rules no longer apply.
After boarding a wooden freight train at the close of the first chapter, Oscar’s escape is interrupted when the convoy is intercepted by Combine forces. Helicopters circle, armored transports sweep the rails, and the situation rapidly becomes chaotic. Forced out of the wagon, Oscar picks up a crowbar and pushes forward through a sequence of sealed gates, tight corridors and a dramatic train‑on‑train collision that launches a focused, atmospheric new campaign.
Linear, story‑driven campaign in the spirit of Half‑Life 2
Physics puzzles and interactive set pieces
Classic Half‑Life 2 arsenal with environmental and improvisational combat
Rich, professional voice acting from experienced dubbing actors and cinematic direction to maximize immersion
Variety of locations: confined freight cars, industrial yards, ruined stations and open rail corridors provide contrasting environments and gameplay beats
