Love this game, but sadly can't recommend at this point. Instead of expanding this game with new weapons/maps/mods etc... the devs just announced a sequel while this game isn't finished yet.

Before buying the game, I read reviews and was worried all the positive reviews saying the same "dont listen to the people that are mad they are moving on to the 2nd one" were bots or paid for because they were so similar. But, oh my god, screw EVERYONE leaving bad reviews because they are moving on. I picked it up for $12 on sale, but after playing it for 1 day, I would have paid full price and been more than happy. This game has plenty of content for it's price tag and there is nothing I have found wrong that they need to "support". I bought it 2 more times for my friends and still feel like it was worth the money. Even if you don't repeat runs on expert or nightmare, if you play through all the content on any difficulty and don't feel like you got your money's worth (even at $30) then maybe you're the problem tbh.

Announcing a sequel already is kinda garbage and it makes it rest assured I won't be purchasing it. Whats to say that Dead Zone Rogue 2 won't be immediately proceeded by a sequel. If I could return the game I would. Don't waste you money on this one. There isn't much content because it is probably being saved for the sequel.

Look, the game is amazing, I would rather have a new game with overhauled systems and complaints worked out. Than a dlc 'fix'. Ignore the review bombers, saying oh a dlc fix would be better. They are crazy this is a indie dev team. Not a triple A its alot more work ot overhaul aalllll of the existing framework for what they want to add. A deadzone: rogue 2 is a better choice. Dont listen to the haters this game is great with friends and still pretty fun solo
