I really wish younger me bought this game. After playing elden ring and getting platinum decided i wanted to play the previous games to see where it all started. Naturally since demon souls isnt available on steam i bought ds1 and damn right from the start it felt like home. So many things justs clicked from elden ring like bosses and weapons i immediately recognized. Playing ds1 made me realise how much easier we have it now in newer souls (having bonfires everywhere compared to ds1 where you literally pray there is a bonfire around the courner else you are dead cause you been exploring for the past 30minutes). Biggest difference for me comparing elden ring and ds1 difficulty-wise would be the the difficulty of ds1 is in the actual zones fighting through mobs due to the scarcity of bonfires instead of bosses. Soon will replay in ng+ to wrap things up and get the platinum after that its ds + ds3 time. GL everyone and remember if you cant figure out what to do try finger but hole

Very nice game. Relaxing and family friendly. I recommend for all, for father, for mother, for you dog and grandma, grandpa.
