DAN☆SING! is a tool to help you create music video with your avatar with few clicks. You would upload your VRM avatar file, VMD motion file, webM video and music into it. This provides alternative solution to Miku Miku Dance. There is a lot of improvement space. We will keep pushing the boundary.

I would love it to work, but it does not. It fails in the most basic things, like having problems to export a video, that the video is exported wrong and does not let you open the file, that when saving a project and reopen the scenario is not saved and the animations (despite being in the timeline) are not seen in the preview. I am also not convinced about putting forms or things like that inside the application, I feel that the store section in the vrm model selection is unnecessary and confusing, many times I press it thinking that they are options for the model, and it throws me mickey mouse models lol. The timeline, the base of the whole program, I feel it is very unpolished for what it should be, my first impression was good because I thought it would work as a video editor, with a lot of options, but the truth is that it is quite limited and very unintuitive.many times I wanted to right click to see options but it was not possible, and I feel it is something very basic. Things like cut, delete, copy, paste, ctrl + z and things like that I feel should have been thought out from the beginning. I'm currently trying to make my own mmds, VRM Live Viewer was uncomfortable to use, Miku Miku Dance seems too complex for what I want to do, and Dan Sing still has a long way to go, at this rate I would say that in about 6 years it might be usable, but for the moment I wouldn't recommend it to anyone even though I would like to do it.
Deadass can't even upload my vrm. Waited over 4hrs to try and upload, wouldn't work. Now I can't even get a refund. This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. A waste of my money.
It is fine if you wish to do small little things with the presets it gives you. You can import VRM and Vroids, and I love seeing the Vroid Models I make move around, this certainly makes it quite hype. It supports importing MMD Motions, own Music and even Camera Motion, which is great for someone who has a hard time making everything from scratch. (Though what I noticed using an imported camera is framedrops in the final render) Importing stages is tricky, as MMD stages i downloaded either miss textures in the straight to DSS import, are just unlit or are broken down into parts of which i can only upload one part. It will require more work to use them. And the more I used imported assets, the worse it performed. Often enough the program also crashed just because I wanted to add an effect or something. What I also find unfortunate is when you use effects or particles, it feels like those have a mind of their own and either appear or don't appear when you let it play. There is also a limit to how long you can expand it. Would be cool if a particle effect like rain, sparkles or snow could run the entire song / video. The camera options, as well as editing the timeline may need still some refinement. Though it is not quite a replacement for MMD if you want more artistic freedom beyond its own assets which are lackluster in content.
Great software to get into making animated videos, both music and anime! Easy to use interface similar to general video editing tool with a timeline to control animations, camera, and so on.
I recently bought Dan Sing Sing AMV Maker for Vroid VRM and MMD on Steam, and it’s been a game-changer for my AMV creations! The software is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to import Vroid and MMD models, sync them with music, and bring characters to life with smooth, expressive animations. I love how it automatically matches movements to the beat, but still gives me manual control when I want to fine-tune details. With great export quality and tons of customisation options for camera angles and effects, this tool makes creating professional-looking animated music videos both fun and accessible—whether you're a beginner or a seasoned creator. Highly recommend!
This app really helps me in making animations, and the price is quite affordable. I wish I had known about this app sooner so I could have been making animations from the start
Amazing software! Easy to use with VRM and MMD models, and perfect for creating smooth, professional AMVs. A must-have for any Vtuber or 3D animator!
