Legion boss fight is some of the WORST designs of a fight I have ever encountered in a video game. It is just absolute garbage, spam sword attack for good 10 minutes, hoping the boss will get stuck somewhere so you can beat him. If he doesn't get stuck you will just fly around like an idiot after him and then he will just casually one shot you because why not. So you just need luck he don't do that. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I wanted to like this game but people who design things in it have no clue what they are doing. I came back to the game a while after and beat that stupid boss and wanted to do some side quests. But even here the devs managed to push me back. A simple mission, find someones brother, turns out it's a trap and they electrocuted me and wanted to leave me for immortals to kill me. Immortals show up too soon and want to kill us all, I have two choices, fight them or leave the guys who set a trap on me to die, saying something about karma. Ofc I choose the second option but the mission FAILS when you want to leave them, them the people who wanted YOU to DIE! EXCUSE ME!?!?!??!?!??!?!?!?
You can't fault them for a lack of ambition, There is absolutely "more" in this sequel to DXM. Unfortunately, more is not always better and the depth of gameplay is on par with the first game. I don't understand why any budget was allocated to the voice acting if it was going to be this nonsensical, and to be frank, boring. Put that money to work elsewhere. Every sequel seems to think switching to open world is bigger, cooler, more exciting, but no, it is not. They should have expanded the depth of the first game. We don't need card games, open world ubisoft mechanics, etc. It's all fluff that detracts from the core gameplay. This is a 6/10 for me , it's a sequel that sits in the shadow of the first game.
Base gameplay is fine, customization is fun, if you like mecha in general this should tick your boxes. I've spent hours flying around the world and collecting parts. Cons: - Main story has the same weakness as the first game, there are numerous character plots that come out of nowhere and or never get resolved. The side missions have better writing and development. - Vehicles are supposed to help you conserve a certain character resource when traveling around the world, but they're so bouncy/reactive to terrain (every small pothole will launch you into the air) that... Horses(!) are the better vehicle. Vehicle implementation feels very tacked on. - Mutations are a very visual aspect of progression, having no progression meter to what type of visual mutation you'll get makes getting mutations guesswork. The reset can be painful if you're late into the game and want to change your look. - Part stat RNG does not respect your time. You will find the part you want, but you will spend time trying to farm the same part with the stat you want. The game needs a fusion system to adjust part stats.
no sé en pc, pero en steam deck es incontrolable
独一家的外骨骼了,今年就这部和隔壁的dolls nest算得上好玩的机甲类
Game has a lot of annoying bugs still. Simulator randomly sends you to empty maps, or maps that don't even load the whole way. Events don't seem to start at all. Instead of fixing existing issues, they're releasing overpriced paid dlc cosmetics that already exist in the game and aren't adding anything new. Game feels like a money grab. Wouldn't even bother getting on sale in it's current state. Shame because the first game was great.
Really fun Game, the only thing i didnt like was the 8h flight up a certain tower to do an easter egg.
This game is VERY GOOD. I don't know why some people hate for no apparent reason. I've played the demo on my Switch 2 and I liked the game (and the Switch 2 version is kinda worse just as expected) the game has great visuals , the combat is very good, it's very well optimized... I mean, I have a mid-range PC and I can play it on Ultra @ 100fps stable... liking it so far, it seems it's a very long game and I really like it's a open world game. I can only recommend it, it's a really good game and I got it for 34,99€ on sale... great value for the game. I wouldn't have paid 70€ but with a 50% offer this is insanely good.
