About
Cubetory is a factory-building game with a pure automation focus. Place mining drills, conveyor belts, launchers, stampers, power stations, and tons of other machines as you build your factory.
Space is limited, and resource patches are unique. Each new paint/ore patch you encounter will have to be used efficiently to meet the production requirements to unlock the next upgrades. As you progress, you'll grow your island, unlock new technologies, and uncover new resources.
With no enemies or time limits, you'll have all the time you need to figure it out.
Progression is tied to your rate of production. Combined with limited resources and not much space, it means that you'll have to figure out dense, efficient factory layouts to produce enough cubes to hit your production targets. Each production target you achieve will be part of future targets as well, meaning that your factory will have to become more and more efficient as you progress.
Everything you produce in Cubetory is a cube, and all cubes end up in the PIT. Early game, that means mining cubes and painting them a specific pattern. Complexity quickly ramps up from there with assembly chains, byproducts, non-deterministic processes, and more.

A game that actually makes you think and in a creative way and prevents afking. Overall I think this game is 8/10 and is just really good. Really recommended.
A clean factory builder that is easy to pick up and will make you rebuild your factory over and over to improve it as more complex interactions get unlocked. The addition of challenges will add a ton of replayability
The way the face display works, and the painting of such faces is confusing, and a puzzle in itself. I'm not sure if this was intended, but it is annoying, and I couldn't play the game very well because of it. It might be ok for a puzzle and detail oriented person with acute visual and organizational awareness. Not for me.
A lagestical Nightmare
Love the concept and is generally fun, but I feel like every objective from thunder cubes just requires spending hours solving problems that don't look possible, there's always not enough room for paint or just not enough miners! A little bit of balancing and this might be one of my favourite games! :)
Very fun and surprisingly complex!
Nice little factory game. Doesn't give you the same level of "wow I'm a genius" moments that Shapez does, but it's a nice spin on the idea.
Really fun and different in a good way factory game, I like it.
Very good game, It perfectly uses the limited space to drive you to create better and more compact factories and every time you unlock new technologies it manages to prepare you so it doesn't get overwhelming
I only played 20min and I can already see how this game can become addicting. The game starts off pretty simple, giving you a small taste of accomplishment when achieving your first couple of upgrades. But, the difficulty ramps up fairly quickly making you take a step back and figuring out how to get your next hit of dopamine. If you like problem solving and are looking for a distraction of your IRL problems, this is the game for you. I could easily see someone spend endless hours in this game. So take this as a recommendation or as a warning if you have addiction problems. :P
