Cube Flip

This is a good little puzzle game with a few points that could be improved. For the price it is decent. Good: The background music is really good. The concept is simple but challenges can become tricky - an ideal level for a puzzle game. The graphics are exactly right for this sort of puzzle game. Bad: While there is a reset, there is no go back a turn function. On longer puzzles this becomes very frustrating. Each round gives new piece colours, they're randomised, but I haven't seen a way to select one setup and stick to it. All in all, it's decent, but it's no Cosmic Express. Plays very similarly to Stephen's Sausage Roll, and if the graphics in that aren't to your taste you should take a look at this as it's much moire minimalist in style.

The music is great. The game-play mechanics gets your brain thinking of how to not mess up when it looks so simple. For reference I made it to a little over half way and once you see the spikes as little red lipsticks your mind will not let you unsee it. In Cube Flip you are tasked to collect slabs to open the next stage. I wish I could just plug this into my phone and take it with me. I saw this game on sale and decided against it to show my support. I would advise to add an option to change your cube color because I like the color green but, It would be nice to just have the option or when you have to redo the level from a mistake, your cube can change colors then. Overall I almost got carried away with this game not gonna lie bro.

I'm a big fan of grid puzzlers, typically on my phone, as a time passer, and I've long wanted something similar to Edge for PC. This game is a lot of fun with exciting puzzles and great replayability, the linux support is truly a welcome bonus.

Really a well done cube flip game. Too bad it is now gone on Steam.
