Cryptid Keeper

Inexpensive and enjoyable game. It's not fleshed out but it's fun once you figure out what to do, you catch cryptids and put them in your zoo - there are quests, like repairing a spaceship and becoming a vampire hunter. It's not compatible with steamdeck, game will boot but you cant move past the language selection screen so I switched to my laptop and haven't encountered any bugs on there :)

Okay, this game deserves way more attention than it's getting. There's a right balance between spooky and cozy, the lore is, well, there, and you don't just hunt for creatures, but learn about them. Most importantly, the vibes are on point. I've only started playing, but it is already an obvious upvote. I did encounter some bugs (the character freezing and not responding), and controller support could use some improvement, but the bones of a good game are definitely showing. I'll be happy if it gets expanded.

とても丁寧な作りをしている印象を受けました。 翻訳についても特に問題は無いと思います。 変わったクリーチャーや素材などのこの作品独自の固有名詞は原文のままですが寧ろそれがいいですね。翻訳されると逆に変になると直感的に感じたので。 一点、クラフト画面で対象の素材を幾つ所持(若しくは不足)しているかわかりやすくなれば尚良しです。 時間がとれたらまたコツコツと遊びます。

Did I enjoy this game? Yes. Did I buy it randomly? Kinda. Did I play it and then feel like content was not as high as I thought it would be? Yes. Was it fun? Yes... yeah... yeah. Did I finish it? No... because it glitched. I can not hatch any eggs. They just keep rising to millions of percent of "completion" so... yeah. Done here. I guess. Sadly.

Приятная игра с красивой музыкой, неожиданным во всех местах игры сюжетом. Понятное управление, не раздражающая графика, цвета подобраны хорошо, персонажи и существа прорисованы с любовью. Из непонятного было только то, что не работает в зоопарке бинокль, и было неясно, как починить ограды. Починить ограды оказалось просто, главное, иметь достаточное количество денег, а бинокль работает необычным способом. Спасибо за подсказки dota goga 67.

I haven't played the game for very long yet, but I can already say it has very pleasant music, an interesting concept, enjoyable gameplay, visual style, and soundtrack. It's clear a lot of love was put into it; it's really captivating. I'll be enjoying it more! CHANGED: As of April 17th, there's a significant bug. The hybrid enclosure is marked as damaged (even though I'd previously repaired it and only placed three hybrids in it). When I tried to repair the enclosure, a message appeared stating I didn't have enough coins (50), even though I had about 170 coins on me. The enclosure texture appears intact, but when I tried to remove the hybrids from the enclosure, I couldn't put them back in. The game is very enjoyable, but this bug is frustrating :( (I used Google Translate for this text. Вольер для гибридов помечается как поврежденный (хотя ранее я его чинил и только только поставил туда три гибрида). Пытаясь починить вольер высвечивалось сообщение о том, что у меня недостаточно монет (50 штук), хотя у меня при себе около 170 монет. Текстура вольера выглядит целой, а попробовав вынуть гибридов из вольера я не смог их засунуть обратно. Игра очень приятная, но этот баг расстраивает :(
