Crossroad of Worlds: Mystery Agency Collector's Edition

Tried this game for an easy point and click to zone out for a few hours. It's cheaply made and a pretty low effort. They didn't even finish the game. You get to the final set of screens and confront the antagonist but the mini-game that is supposed to initiate to complete the game never engages. You are left completely stalled. The price is predatory. This is a $3 game at most. It's also a much larger game file than I expected based on the quality. I'm not saying there is something wrong, but it does seem suspicious. Avoid this one.

A very simple game, consists of an endless succession of HOP scenes with a few mini-games thrown in. No adventure! Playing HOP earns stars to open boxes. Apparently you need them to continue to the next scene with boxes. No voice over, environment- or effects sounds, even though there are options to adjust them in the game menu-settings. But this does not seems to work. The game has only background music. To adjust the volume, you must use the special effect slider and not the music volume slider! Numerous mislabelled HOP-items to look for. And there is often more than one item that fits the description. Which one is the correct one? Unstable game, crashes several times. The worst problem is a game-stopping bug in the minipuzzle.. This bug stopped prevents the mini-game to load. Now it cannot be solve or skipped and I cannot finish the main-game or play the bonusgame. A game that cannot be finished because of this bug is DEFINITELY NOT worth the original CE price or buying.

Game stopped working. It froze on a mini game, and I can't skip it or move on. I can't finish the game. ===== This is page after page of HOPs, mini games & puzzles. There's no real story. You have a choice of easy & hard with each one. You level up as you play and/or go back and replay scenes. Bright-colored artwork. Good to play in front of the TV or while waiting.

Game hanged at level 72. Can't see any elements. Couldn't skip to progress further too. Tried in vain verifying the integrity of local files. No joy uninstalling and re-installing too.

Items are incorrectly labeled so you have to just click on everything for that last item, and the last level is unplayable as the required jewels never show up. You never end up on the exact same level twice, which is nice but its still broken.

Bad instructions, and full of mistranslations. dont waste your time.

I was hoping for a game with a story and puzles. This is endless puzles with a lame story, no suspense, only text to fill the transition. BORING. Not comparable with older games. Good graphics and simple mechanic, repetitive, bad game, not really a HO game

The images are pretty and it's kinda fun when you see something copyrighted in a scene. Expect weird translations and mixed up hints.

no voiceovers, almost no storyline so puzzles dont flow. i got bored very quickly but continued just because i paid for it. certainly dont recommend.
