Covet Fashion: Dress Up Game

Missing the old covet I’ve been playing since this game came out. Last year they stopped partnering with designers and the whole thing has a very AI feel. Hyper intense pieces that don’t fit with the theme . (I.e. the theme is a beach party but the requirements include a sweater dress or boots). Lots of challenges with only one item required that’s high cost and doesn’t make any sense (a diamond ring for a diver or a feather hat for a wedding). I feel like I’ve put so much into it that I don’t want to let it go but it’s so rapidly going downhill :( . I really miss building clothes that I could buy. In the “old days” I bought several pieces because I saw them on covet and it was so cool to trial them with other pieces similar to what I had and plan my own outfits.

Fun but one suggestion PLS READ——Okay so this game is really fun, and I mean really fun! ive been playing for a while now but there is one thing I think is a MUST to add to the game. Basically, in the monthly passes when you get hair accessories sometimes, THYE are really random and go to random hair styles. When people buy hair accessories, thye may forget that they have them. So my suggestion is to add a tab or button you can click to see ALL you hair accessories! TRUST ME THIS WOULD BE SO MICH BETTER AND HELPFUL. For example if someone buys a hair accessory at level 20, then THYE reach level 80, and some of the accessories are unlocked for those levels, they may have forgot they bought it. Adding a button like this would help a lot so pls read this! Ty

Unfortunately.. Update: I’m going to give it an extra star from last time. But the low rating is due to 1. I’ve previously owned certain clothing items and have used them in challenges, but as of recently I can no longer find these items in my closet. I’ve noticed they’ve re appeared on the shopping cart and the looks I made with these specific items are no longer in my look book profile. I’ve reached out to customer service about this and they stated that since I can’t provide proof of the item missing then they cannot help me. I stated that I wasn’t expecting these particular items to vanish from my closet nor look book. I mean I didn’t even know that could happen. But I also have a hard time believing they don’t have a data base collection of all personal account information to see if my items were there to begin with. Since I’m putting it out there, I think the whole look section is very glitchy. Not consistent, lots of spaces where previous looks should or used to be… but I digress. 2. I’m not being rewarded my prizes. I’m currently trying to complete a prize of spending 4,000 diamonds. I’ve already spent over 4,000 diamonds but I still have not been rewarded. I’ve reached out to customer service and haven’t heard a single thing from them in 4 days. If they’re “busy” the most professional thing to do is to reassure a customer that they will get to them as soon as possible. However they do not do that. It’s been crickets and it’s been almost a week. The way the prize section so badly miscalculated my earnings I’m starting to become suspicious that it’s been doing this for a while and I’m purposely not getting my prizes due to “miscalculations”. I’ve sent them the photo receipts and even did the math for them, showing how I spent over 4,000 diamonds.. still no response. It’s beginning to feel as if they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. Ive spent a lot of money on here then I’d like to, but as a customer If I’m not feeling valued or appreciated, I will remove my money and time and find better use for it elsewhere. I will be reaching out to Apple as a last resort to get my situation resolved.

So buggy and expensive now. I’ve had this app for a decade and used to love it. However, lately there have been so many challenges that I cannot enter, even though I’ve met the requirements. In addition to that, it’s become very expensive to enter challenges. A single item will cost over 1K at least. They are also moving away from true fashion brands and the majority of challenges require purchasing their cover brand items and there are so many, it’s overwhelming and extremely expensive.

Want more fun prop sets I am a top player. I still like the game despite the glitches and no longer working with real clothing designers. Please provide a search option for overskirts and masks and other defined accessories, as well as the ability to favorite clothing items. We have not had a prop set challenge that included a fierce animal (adult lion for example) in years. Getting tired of the cutesy animal props. Have not had a fun fantasy prop set in years. A lot of the recent prop sets have had similar color schemes. Let’s mix it up more. Challenge stories are getting boring and repetitive. FYI, my best friend was involved in the massive glitch last January 2026, and was completely blocked out from logging back in. There was no real live customer help, nobody to call to help her figure it out. Emails and online chat were useless, probably all AI. She was in our fashion house and refuses to start over and we miss her.

Imposible to recover account I payed this game a couple years ago, and I wanted to play it again, but they have no “already have an account” sign anywhere.

Playing since 2014 I’ve been a loyal player since 2014 and I’ve only put $14 ever on the game as I cannot afford to put money on it like everybody else. I have gotten some grade 5 looks over five but I only have ever had top look once since 2014. I could spend all my saved up, diamonds in cash and put the best outfit on, but someone is always gonna win top look over me because I can’t afford all these hair accessories or other accessories that cost real money. The game should be categorized separately for those who do pay and those who don’t. It’s simply unfair and makes me feel like. It’s all just about money. Real money that not everyone can afford to spend. Also everything you buy is way too expensive now. It’s impossible to even enter events. I really love this game and have so many good things to say about. But I’m not going to leave a good or amazing review until the unfairness is changed. I’ve been loyal to this game since 2014. It’s simply unfair and I feel very unrecognized and invisible.

Gone downhill Update: just came back to see if all the complaints maybe resulted in adjustments. I see more complaints and one star reviews. So sad. I miss this game. But yay for AI and saving money I guess. Super cute. Also it fascinates me they can’t either respond to all the complaints OR have their AI bots respond. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Used to be really fun but there’s been a distinct change in playability and quality over the last couple months that has resulted in difficult play because of bogus “fashion” trends generated by AI. I had to come here to see if I was the only one super disappointed but all recent reviews are bad. So. Take note.

It’s alright! Wish there were other options! This game used to be AWESOME! Sure it had its flaws but now we get every color of every soccer shirt available. We use to have designer clothes, accessories but now we have A-I covet clothes. Most of them are horrible! We use to get headbands, berets but now cactus hair accessories, jelly fish hair accessories. Not only that but I’ve purchased a lot of clothing packages. I recently didn’t receive a purse in the package. When something like this happened with the prior owners they apologized and would give you the item that didn’t transfer over. The current owners don’t do that. You can show them the receipt, the transaction number, pictures showing that you got everything in the package except the purse and they will still refuse to give you what you purchased so I personally disputed the charge. I argued with them for over a month. Talked with about 10 customer service reps and none of them cared. Not sure who’s running the company now but they’re horrible!!! Really hope someone with taste picks it up quickly! They’re ruining a wonderful game!!! A game that use to be a 5, is at best a 2 now. Oh, and don’t waste your time with customer service. Pretty sure they are A-I considering how they don’t handle the situations!

They ruined the game I loved this game, I have played it on and off for over a decade. I stopped playing for the last few years and just started playing again recently and I’m so disappointed. Years ago the game had started pushing more and more to a pay to play game. But now it’s out of control, I used to be fine spending a small amount of money on the game every week. But now if you want to win and enter all the challenges you have to spend an absurd amount of money. They got rid of all the designers they worked with and now only have their own overpriced boring brand. It cost over 1k diamonds to enter many of the challenges now and that amount of diamonds costs a large amount of real money. That’s to enter just ONE challenge. From what I’ve read most people think EA is just trying to suck as much money out of the game as possible until they shut it down. The prices are out of control and they have ruined some of the best parts of the game. They are most definitely trying to ruin it so people stop playing or pay huge amounts of money to play until they eventually give up. EA I know you don’t care what anyone who loved this game has to say. But you ruined a game that so many people loved, I will specifically avoid any game your company owns, you are a perfect example of corporate American greed.
