It's a really good metroidvania (and with the patch it's more nice 🦊👌)

Holy moly! When I first got this game, I thought it was a fetish game as everyone was mentioning some smug stuff. But boy was I wrong. The entire game is actually a pretty enjoyable experience. I haven't finished it yet at the time of writing this review, but the whole game seems rather very well made. Many attentions to detail. The animations, the levels, the mechanics, the setting, the story, the secrets, etc. Although there were occasional annoyances, I managed to play so far without using any cheats. The boss fights are a steep learning curve, but once you know their moves, they're easy to beat. One thing I didn't like about the game was the poor keyboard support. Being a PC gamer, I don't have a controller, and all the keys on the keyboard are just a nightmare to use. Had to play with keybindings for a while in order to find a useable combination. At one point I managed to mess them up, and I had no idea what buttons to press to control the menus. The other thing I don't like is the menu system. Why the hell do I have to press two buttons to bring up the main menu? Just bind it to the ESC button like all other games. The navigation map is also hidden behing 4 key presses? Should have been just one (TAB). But overall, this is a great game IMO. I recommend it, if you're a fan of retro or pixel art platformers.

Sehr hartes Metroidvania, ohne die eingebauten Cheats für mich kaum zu schaffen. Story ist Zweckmäßig und passt ganz gut. Visuell mit dem Retro Stil und im Gesamten das Geld wert. Für nicht Furries evtl. etwas zu wenig Substanz aber man darf halt auch keine Wunder erwarten ;) Dieses Spiel ist schon besser als das meiste was man sonst in dieser Kombination in dem Bereich findet.
