absolute peak! it would've been cool if there where more bosses and orchid was playable, but still this game is peak and keel is the goat

Underrated run n gun game, fairly challenging sub-contracts, good and fitting music, interesting bossfights and a wide variety of playstyles with a decent amount of playable characters, best play it without actually looking up anything (except when your getting 100%)

Game has a lot of character from the dialog and scenes the play out. Not sure why it has the "difficult" popular tag, as only a couple bosses were that hard. Otherwise, much of the run and gun you experience in the game level to level wasn't that interesting to me. Power up system feels a bit odd and left me feeling somewhat overpowered by level-end. Each character definitely feels different to play.

Demn what a game i usually don't do reviews because often the others pretty much say what i think already, and also cause im lazy, but for a game that is such a hidden gem like this i just have to XD As i grew up with Newgrounds this felt just right, the characters are all unique to play as, the stages and bosses being all thematical and all fight differently and the story evolves smoothly. There's also plenty of side optional content with challenges (which are pretty hard to do flawlessly for me but still) and revisiting stages which have new stuff in them. I highly reccomend it if youre a fan of shoot em up like Metal Slug series, its easier than those games but still gives a good challenge if you want to 100% it. Either way its a solid 9/10, highly reccomended, thankiu devs for making such a great game and i hope to spread the word ^w^

I played the newgrounds demo of this when I was but a child, and it lives up to what I would have expected of a full version. The game is not very difficult (with one exception) but the low life does mean that you have to play somewhat carefully. Each level has its own set of enemies and ideas that makes the feel distinct without feeling too gimmicky. The challenge levels are also fun and require some thought to get all three stars, and the characters all play differently. Fun game!

Each Contract you complete feels fresh, with great stories, well designed characters, and exciting bosses. The game can swap expertly from silly to melancholic. The ability for the main character to level up and become absurdly powerful during missions is incredibly fun. There are other distinct characters to unlock, each with their own special gimmicks to learn and master.

all of the playable characters are fun, the contracts are fun, the bosses are fun, this game is fun! i really like the story too, reminds me of undertale in some ways. [spoiler] the secret boss was such a surprise, good thing i love rhythm based boss fights [/spoiler]
