Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

This game is tight. Absolute cinema. 33/10 would get depressed again

I used the e33 baguette emote and suddenly i gotta write something so i originally played this through back in may 2025 and like most (probably) i theorised about the story and the gaps left for you to fill in, of course some of it is answerable if you care to look and some isnt, im being vague on purpose for the sake of spoilers. I have thought about it what feels like every couple days since, if not every day briefly, i genuinely think this is a perfect game and if you like a GOOD story and are looking for something to hop into stop looking at reviews and just play it through. It will grip you. Also the idea of it being a turn based soulslike, kinda true if you're a fan of timing based parrying and learning enemy moves getting them down to a T add that to the list of things you'll be happy about but if you're not like me there is a difficulty setting that just makes combat trivial. To be controversial this is probably better than Witcher 3, but that is just comparing an apple to an orange, they're fundamentally different. In terms of rememberability and the way it hit me in the feels this is my number 1 of all time... anyways tldr ABSOLUTE CINEMA. I could've written this better but this is what we're getting.

As someone who had never played a Souls-like game before, this game was phenomenal.

Je dois écrire cette critique en français. parce que les mots anglais ne peuvent pas décrire à quel point ce jeu est beau. il doit être écrit en natif. La musique est un jeu d'enfant et un homme qui aime les vidéos et les vidéos. La scène et l'historien sont au niveau du film de déversement.

Maravilloso juego cinematicas graficas la narrativa del juego y sobretodo el sountrack especial para cada momento es tan inmersivo que me saco una lagrima en lo de gustave o en las batallas donde te hacia sentir uno con los personajes. LA CANCION LOST VOICE ES CAUTIVADORAMENTE HERMOSA Psdt: El final con la musica introductoria fue alucinantemente preciosa
