CHUTNEY: Space Survivor

It's free so I can't complain, but I was really excited to see this at first due to the videos and the title. But it's not actually a survival game, so the name is completely misleading. You don't try to survive against foes that spawn in endlessly as you get stronger and stronger, instead it has little levels and a map that allows you to select them like that super famous deckbuilder game. Plus you only attack with one weapon at a time and the game cycles between all available weapons. It's a shame it's not an actual survival game.

very fun roguelike with a fairly unique artstyle the only downside would be the balancing with tick abilities that are out for multiple seconds being a lot worse than the ones that shoot instantly (deal less damage total and stop you from spamming abilities) and then enemies which feel more up to luck than skill on how well you do against them (purple slimes and the flying eyes that shoot you) also the perfect charges made me stop looking at enemies entirely and purely focus on that once I noticed it you get more ability options after you finish the first run and clearing a massive wave of enemies with ability combos is very satisfying, recommend checking it out for two runs at least
